If you are reading this to try to find yourself a Periodontics look no further! Trust me, I am very picky about my dentist and have major anxiety. Also very ashamed of my teeth and I know they are not good, I definitely don’t need a dentist making me feel bad and sad over what is already done, But Dr. Koby Martin is the best Periodontics/dentist I’ve ever been too. He made me feel very comfortable and talked to me in a respectful way like we were friends and I feel very confidentin in putting my smile in his hands. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. I can’t say enough about how great my visit was. From the receptionist who is just so sweet to the dental assistant who is very caring and obviously loves her job and the people she works with! To my understanding dentist Dr. Koby Martin.I’m so happy my phenomenal dentist Dr. Kristen Jones referred me. And I’m so excited to get my smile back! Thanks

I’m grateful for the job Dr. Koby Martin did. It took quite a bit of time and he was focused, patient, sensitive and careful - such that everything healed up nicely. I consulted with another periodontist first and was unsure about that situation. When I met with Dr. Martin, he answered all my questions and concerns. I’m glad that he’s there for all my periodontal and implant needs. The entire staff there was warm, friendly, and on the ball.

So warm and welcoming! I had some anxiety about a possible procedure I thought I would need, and they turned my mood completely around. Quick, efficient and very friendly staff. I appreciate being given options for treatment with full transparency attached. Appointment was very easy to get and the office is easy to find. I even left with a goodie bag :)

Dr. Claiborne and his assistant were so awesome today. I came in for surgery on my gums, was a bit nervous. They talked me through the procedure once again, were very patient and reassuring. I felt I was in very capable hands. When I left I felt as if all my questions were answered and reassured that if I needed anything they were there for me. I cannot thank them enough and recommend them to anyone needing any periodontal work. I feel so bad I do not remember her name at this moment, she was so kind, considerate and ready took great care of me.

Meet the Doctors
Dr. William J. (Bill) Claiborne, DDS, MS, is a periodontist who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery, a clinical certificate, and a Master of Science in Periodontology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is a graduate of the Misch International Institute for dental implant training. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Dental Association, among other professional groups, and is a certified LANAP clinician. He is joined by Dr. Koby Martin, DDS, MS, a periodontist who is board certified by the American Board of Periodontology in periodontology and dental implant surgery. Dr. Martin also completed his dental degree and Master of Science in Periodontology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, received advanced training in intravenous conscious sedation during residency, and is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Academy of Osseointegration.
