Dr.Cooper and Staff do AMAZING work! Always professional,inviting and full of smiles. Best experience with having a bit of needle phobia...she takes her time, explains what's happening, and puts you at ease! Would give her a #1 for Northern Minnesota.

Finished my first appointment and I was very impressed! Very professional, courteous, and efficient! Looking forward to my next visit! And just finished my second one! Again, a very professional and courteous staff. My hygienist Brenda was exceptionally gentle and thorough. Already looking towards the next visit!

I have been living in Bemidji for about 6 years now and haven't been able to find a dentist I like until I went to Black Bear Family Dental. Everyone was so organized, efficient, professional, hygienic and very friendly. They got me right in at my scheduled time. Brenda was my hygienist and was very thorough with my cleaning and answered so many of my questions. Dentist Dr. Sauer was very thorough as well, and gave me great advise on things I can do to prevent problems down the road and made wonderful suggestions for my current dental needs. I would highly recommend them and I'm looking forward to my future appointments.

I can’t put it in enough words how THANKFUL I am for the Black Bear Family Dental team! My only regret is that I didn’t come here sooner. Brenda and Dr. Sauer were so amazing for my first visit today. Also so thankful Tammy helped me enroll in a payment plan so I can continue to receive affordable dental care with this rockstar clinic! You guys are incredible, I think my dental anxieties will be a thing of the past now. I can’t say THANK YOU enough….
