Experience went well despite being for an unpleasant procedure. Clean and well structured. Staff and Dr were great. I was comfortable despite anxiousness. Only 1 poke for IV and I didn't have great veins. I'm grateful for a smooth experience and hopefully recovery also.
My only disdain was that I was still asked for copy of my dental insurance when it had already been given and then got a snarky response. Also, when reviewing my receipt, it did not show the $200 cash that was paid prior to the remaining debit amount. I'm sure it'll be fine. Just not appreciated.

We had to get in pretty fast for both a consult and a surgery and the staff got us in very quick. They were super kind and understanding. Rachel explained post-op instructions to me very well. Surgery was only 15 minutes long and they did so well jacob is feeling almost NO pain. Thank you!

Extremely kind, courteous staff. I would recommend them for all dental needs that they provide. We will be going back in the future. From front staff, assistants, Doctor and check out, everyone was kind, caring, helpful and attentive. My daughter and I give them 100%!

Everyone was very happy and very pleasant and always in a good mood the entire time we were there. You might say great bedside manners makes a person feel comfortable and happy, as of today I'm in a lot of pain hoping the swelling and the pain will go away but I had a great experience!! look forward to finishing up and taking care of my teeth and I appreciate everyone on the team that took care of me. I look forward to paying the rest of my bill with pride knowing I'm being taken care of thank you all very much and hopefully we'll see you under better circumstances.

Treatment is always spot on. No recalls. They say what needs to be done and they do it. For something as fearsome as oral surgery, they make it easy to endure.
Equipment is new and appears to be state of the art.

Black Hills Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center has been providing personalized oral surgery care in Rapid City since 1987. The Stumer Road office at 330 East Stumer Road is one of the practice's three locations, alongside its Fifth Street office in Rapid City and its Spearfish office.
