If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It is extremely unprofessional to charge a missed appointment fee without clearly informing patients of that policy when scheduling.
This was my partner’s first visit as a new patient, and he was never told there would be a $40 fee for missing an appointment. Instead, we were later notified of the charge and told it could be sent to collections.
Policies like this should be communicated upfront. Charging someone for a rule they were never informed about is unacceptable.

They are so rude. They wanted to ruin my credit due to a friend being busy and not being able to make it to a dental appointment.

My husband was going to Dr. Eric Blaich when we met in 2011. I started going at that time as well. Dentists always made me apprehensive but not Dr. Eric. He’s so friendly and compassionate. He has a real heart for people. He’s truly found his calling and I am thankful to have him as a dentist. It’s like I’m visiting family when I go to the dentist. All of the staff are so friendly .

His practice is brilliant, modern, and his talent is unmeasurable. He and his staff makes you feel you very comfortable and welcoming. I travel 2.5 hrs to bee treated, I had to move after establishing him as a dentist.

I've been going to Dr Blaich since he started practice...my whole family goes to him... he's so nice and friendly...I feel like he's family..
