Great staff and dentist. I was terrified and he was so accommodating and reassuring. He waited when I needed a second to recoup. Definitely recommend! Prices can be expensive with and without insurance, just depending on the insurance you have.

I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and ended up waiting over two hours without being seen or given any real update. The staff didn’t say much and when asked they got visibly upset, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time, especially since I took time off work to be here. It wasn’t just me, other patients were also waiting, with frustration and very upset about how long it was taking. After reading the many reviews, I realized this is a recurring problem at this office. It’s disappointing that nothing has been done to improve scheduling or communication. Patients deserve better respect for their time and a more organized system. I decided to also leave a review about my experience at this location.

Got some work done about two years ago. When I left the office I was paid in full, now after almost two years I am receiving a bill for about $1,500!! Something about the insurance. Seems fishy to me i will be calling the BBB.

The visit was not good. Firstly we were seen more than 30 minutes past our appointment times and that was after waiting outside more than 15 minutes past the business opening time and secondly while being seen, techs came in repeatedly to speak to the dentist stopping our service to speak with them about other patients. However, the dentist was amazing with my 2 year old making her comfortable and cooperative during the visit.

This place is a joke. I sit for 2 hours in waiting room then an hour in back. I just needed 1 tooth pulled. I have great insurance. I about died when they showed me how much.... $800 for a tooth to be pulled after insurance. I told her I don't need the bone graphing... not getting an implant. She said the dentist refuses to do an extraction with out the $750 bone graphing that insurance says is not needed. Unreal. After reading all these reviews... thank God I walked out.
