I have always had such a positive experience with Blue Apple. I’ve been a member since 2023, and from the very beginning, I’ve consistently felt welcomed and cared for. Every visit, I’m greeted with a warm smile, and I always leave smiling as well because of the exceptional customer service they provide.
The team has taken wonderful care of my dental health, and every staff member is truly kind and friendly. Even during the two years when I lost my dental insurance and my membership became dormant, I never forgot how well I was treated there.
As soon as I regained dental coverage, the transition from my previous benefits to my new plan was seamless. It honestly felt as if I had never left. Renewing my policy was quick and easy, and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. They were incredibly accommodating and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I’m genuinely grateful to be part of the Blue Apple family again. Their professionalism, warmth, and consistent care truly make a difference.

BLUE APPLE DENTAL GROUP is where I received great, prompt and excellent service. The front dest staff were so polite and helpful, they are very understanding. The dental team..the Doctors and their assistant were great. They explained to you detail of things you will go through, and time after time when they are on ops, they will continue to ask if you are okay. I am so fortunate to have been part of them as their client. They take it easy on us and make sure you are okay for your next schedule time. They will continue to remind us and give us opportunities to make decision on what is required of us. I had recommended Blue Apple to some of my friends too.

The people here are super nice and will definitely be going back. Only thing is that when quoted one price for my next appointment it was higher when I came in the next time. It wasn’t off by much but wish I got quoted the exact amount, so I knew what I was expecting. Also, got some cavities filled, but they had to saw down some extra glue that was in between my teeth and basically rubbed down my lip raw. I have a scab on my lip for about a week because of it.

The hygienists are very thorough, yet gentle and Dr. Lieu did a great job of making my crowns look beautiful.
