I can’t say enough wonderful things about Blue Diamond Oral Surgery! From the moment we walked in, everyone—from the front office staff to the back office team and Dr. Kristi—was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. The consultation was informative, thorough, and never rushed. My 15-year-old daughter was very anxious about having oral surgery, but Dr. Kristi and the entire staff made her feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Being able to have the procedure completed the same day was an added bonus. The exceptional customer service, compassion, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Thank you all for taking such great care of my daughter. I highly recommend Blue Diamond Oral Surgery to anyone looking for outstanding oral surgical care!

From the moment we walked in, every single staff member at Blue Diamond Oral Surgery was exceptional. My 10 year old was scheduled for a tooth extraction: What impressed me most was the doctor’s honesty and integrity. She could have easily proceeded with the extraction, but instead took the time to explain why she believed it wasn’t the best long-term option for my daughter. Rather than recommending an unnecessary procedure, she personally called another specialist, explained the situation, and arranged for us to be seen the very same day. The assistants were just as compassionate and thoughtful, even offering personal recommendations for a new dentist after recognizing some of our concerns. The level of genuine care didn’t end when we left—they called that evening to check on how my daughter’s procedure went and to see how she was feeling. It’s rare to find a team that puts a patient’s well-being above everything else. Their compassion, professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service made a lasting impression on our family. I will absolutely be recommending Blue Diamond Oral Surgery to everyone I know.

Im a truck driver, and I was dealing with severe tooth pain and swelling on my face. Because of the pain, I called their office hoping they could take me in right away. I was honestly so thankful and surprised that they understood my situation and gave me a same-day appointment. These days, it’s really hard to find a clinic that can see you immediately, especially as a new patient. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff were very kind and understanding. They treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable during a stressful time. Dr. Kristi Agari took the time to explain all my options clearly and made sure I understood everything. They even arranged an immediate appointment with a general dentist first to find out exactly what was causing the pain. The next day, I came back for my tooth surgery, and I truly felt they took great care of me throughout the whole process. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Agari talks to patients. She speaks to you like a friend or family member, not just another patient. That kind of care and compassion means a lot, especially when you’re scared and in pain. I also appreciated that during my first visit, they didn’t charge me for the X-rays and only asked for a very minimal consultation fee. That showed me they genuinely cared more about helping people than just making money. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist who is caring, honest, and compassionate. They make you feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for, like you’re part of their family.

I brought my son in for his appointment and everyone on staff that we interacted with were truly amazing. There was a discussion before and the doctor went over what is expected and how to care after. Once his procedure was over he was treated with tremendous care and everyone ensured that he was ok and allowed him to recover enough before we left. My son and I were extremely happy that the staff made this a positive experience. I would highly recommend Blue Diamond Oral Surgery.

ALL of the staff, and of course Dr. Agari, are kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional and take the time to explain and are eager to answer questions! This all makes you feel safe and comfortable! During my proceedure I didn't have ANY PAIN! They asked often if I was comfortable. I had very minimal discomfort, even after my anesthesia was completely worn off! I trust them and would highly recommend them for any oral surgery needs! The post proceedure at home phone call was very thoughtful and appreciated! Lynda J McClure (RN Retired)
