I really appreciated that my dental hygienist took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. The personalized care that Dr. Al provides is exceptional. I felt comfortable, informed, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Excellent dental practice with state of the art technology! Dr A is a highly skilled dentist who has made several crowns for me, on the same day as my appointment. The dental hygienists are impressive and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice and feel lucky to have found them being new to Charlottesville.

Always thorough with explaining the treatment options, queries and in treatment skills. I requested Angel not to give me an anesthesia while cleaning my teeth, she suggested we don’t need one if it’s not a deep cleaning. She did a thorough cleaning, didn’t bleed or hurt my gum once. From the front desk to the doctor everyone is very friendly and professional. Angel is the best who does my cleanings. My husband and daughter goes to the same place and they both love it here. Great experience so far. Will recommend at any time.

Second time I’ve had a dental emergency and nothing was done, but the patient next to me was treated with so much care, my brown self has to walk around with a hole in my mouth didn’t prescribe any antibiotics or anything just told to take ibuprofen which I’m allergic to the patient next to me was asked if she had pain meds and that they would get the doctor to prescribe something stronger but me I was told to take Tylenol or ibuprofen. Referred to an oral surgeon who’s not scheduling until January and then given another offices number to call they sounded like they were answering the phone from their bed and told me to call back tomorrow because they were closed for Veterans Day. Put through so much pain and different tests to see if I was really having a dental emergency only to be told to go to oral surgeon no temp fill or anything I could have stayed home for that. The emergency room wasn’t equipped to handle dental emergencies so Friday when it happened I had to wait to get in. The other patient that was called back before me was greeted and treated differently than me I don’t want to make it about race but it really feels that way.

This was my first visit to this dentist In my new town. I was welcomed warmly and treated with kindness and respect. It's a modern office and they did everything I was expecting, and I felt like they gave me great care. I would highly recommend this dental office!
