I came here for an exam and appointment, shortly following was wisdom tooth surgery and an extraction surgery that I had to have, they did it smoothly, put both surgeries in one session and over prepared me for at home after care with information for my spouse and labeling items that they sent me home with. The doctors were open to all questions and they answered both personally and medically, I was put to sleep through a painless IV and there was no complaints that my one year old had to stay in the waiting room! There was several calls between me and BlueWater Oral and Facial Surgery and they always did everything they could and answered questions, they texted me with updates (optional), and kept me informed. THANK YOU TO SURGEON NATHAN AND THE WHOLE DENTAL CREW!

Worst customer service in a medical facility ever!!
They cancelled a wisdom tooth removal the day before the surgery because of “weather,” rescheduled it for a month later, on a day I (as the driver for my daughter getting her teeth out) had a 15 min appointment a mile away from them.
They told me if I left to go get my labs done they wouldn’t do my daughter’s surgery.
I have never worked with a place that does not work with you as a customer to this extreme.
They say they understand and “apologize,” but it is very obvious they did not care about the situation at all.
I wish I had gone to a different place for this. I am not happy at all!

Absolutely the worst medical office I've ever dealt with. It's taken several months longer than they said it would to schedule my daughter's surgery, and when they finally "had an opening" it's the day before she leaves for college! She's been ready for the surgery for 9 months, and was in braces for 4 plus years to prepare for this. She is still in braces that are only there to hold her teeth in place until the surgery. 9 months with unnecessary metal in her mouth! She is also in pain, which they don't seem to appreciate.
The promise to "hopefully have it scheduled soon" was repeated several times during this period, but nothing ever happened.
They say they "understand my frustration" but their actions say otherwise. I wish I could give zero stars.

Super fast procedure, wonderful, nurses, good doctors, answered a lot of my questions as a worry wart.

They were very kind and professional. They gave very detailed instructions. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed. Only one was through the skin. The other 3 the doctor had to go after. He did a good job. They told me how to avoid dry socked and how long to expect to be swollen before it starts to get better. The next day I got a call to see how I was feeling and to see if I had any questions. I am very happy with the service. Very different from when my son had his wisdom teeth removed there 5 year's ago.
