I had my first visit to Bonasso and Kime Dental recently and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. As a first-timer, I was a little nervous, especially when I realized I had forgotten my dental insurance ID number and had to call Guardian right there. The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and patient — they sorted everything out with a smile and made the whole process stress-free. Really kind and professional team! A huge shout-out to Nikki! She is the best. She cleaned me up so thoroughly that I left feeling like a brand new man. She’s extremely patient, explains everything clearly, and has wonderful communication skills. I felt completely comfortable the entire time. The overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the doctor who came in to check the hole in my tooth was great too (I’m not sure if he’s the main dentist, but he knew what he was doing and put me at ease). If you’re looking for a dental office in West Virginia, this is hands-down the best one. Highly recommend Bonasso and Kime Dental — you won’t be disappointed!

This is the best dentist in the Fairmont area hands down!!! These guys went the extra mile by a long ways! So I got new dentures made, and my mouth has a lot of issues. I have a very high arch, and my mouth itself is extremely small for a male my size. The digital scanner that works fine for most people did not work at all for me. I had multiple scans taken, and the temporary dentures that came from them were absolutely terrible. I felt bad to keep requesting better teeth because I was making so many appointments, but I would have thrown what was made previously straight into the trashcan. They were just awful. But eventually the Dentist made the call to just go back to the old school way of doing things, and do a classic impression from my mouth. It took 2 visits I think to do that...but GOLLY guys! The dentures that came back from those molds are legitimately perfect! You could not ask for better looking teeth, and I'm not exaggerating! Anyone who is self conscious about their looks, and want the absolute top quality possible dentures...THIS IS YOUR PLACE! I will fully support this dentist office for my entire life for the extra labour and effort they put into making me a well pleased and satisfying customer. Make your appointment today, you won't be sorry! And God bless this dentist office, and the workers there, because they actually care, in a world that has gone to simply scamming everyone out of their money. I can not say it enough... but I thank God for finding this dentist office. They have my full support forever. And if I could put 15 stars down as my review, I would! ✝️🙌🎉🫶🥹

Everyone was very nice. I needed a tooth extracted that had been bothering me for weeks. My appointment was for 10:00 a.m.today, 5/20. I was done by about 10:20. Dr Cronin is amazing. He was very kind and it went quick. I plan to return for another extraction, and hopefully get everything I need done there. Thank you all!

I had to switch dentists suddenly when I needed several complicated fillings due to insurance. Dr. Cronin and his assistant were wonderful! I had several questions, and he was very kind and patient at the consultation. I came back for two not-so-fun procedures, and he was great at explaining what he was doing to help my anxiety. I got really hot when I got stressed, and they cooled the room to make sure I was comfortable. I've had very little discomfort resulting from my procedures, way less than expected. However, I was numb for nearly 9 hours so that probably helped a bit lol. Highly recommend. I have a family member switching to this office as well since I had such a great experience.

Just had my 6 months check up. They were prompted on my appointment time. Greeted with a smile. They were quick and efficient getting me in and out. Great place to get dental work done.
