I visited Dr. Dmitry Peysakhov for my son’s wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Peysakhov was very professional and took the time to explain every detail of the procedure. When he noticed that something wasn’t right with my son before the surgery, he immediately stopped the procedure and made sure to follow up with us until my son was feeling better.
The clinic truly cares about its patients. All of my kids have had their surgeries here, and we always feel they are in very good hands.

This was my third experience working with Dr P and team, each and every time I was extremely well taken care of!
Detailed cost explanation, preop instructions/medications and a pleasant surgerical experience was the norm!
I had minimal to no pain even with a very risky nerve/wisdom tooth situation.
Thank you all for being so good with patient care!! You have a fan for life!! 💙

Dr. Peysakhov is the best in business. I consulted more than 5 doctors across networks over the past 7 years to get my 3 wisdom teeth removed and never felt confident as my first removal experience wasn't great. He convinced me in minutes why I should get it done and why I should get it done at their clinic.
1 of the 3 remaining teeth required a surgical removal but Dr. Peysakhov is fast, clean, precise. I had my surgery 8 hours ago and I'm already feeling fine. With ibuprofen the pain level is near 0.

Special thanks to Dr Peysakhov.
I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Peysakhov, and the entire experience was flawless. The procedure was smooth, fast, and completely painless — I didn’t feel a thing.
Dr. Peysakhov is highly skilled and extremely precise in the way he works. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy.
Thanks to Delilah as well.
Highly recommend.

About Bothell Oral, Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery
Bothell Oral, Maxillofacial and Implant Surgery, located in Bothell, Washington, is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice that treats conditions of the jaws, mouth, teeth, and facial structures. Dental implant care is a central part of their work, including replacing a single tooth, replacing several missing teeth, replacing all upper and lower teeth, and All-on-4 or All-on-X full arch treatment. The practice also offers bone grafting for implants and digitally guided implant surgery, which allows them to plan and place implants for patients who need additional preparation before treatment.
Beyond implants, the surgical team also handles wisdom teeth removal, tooth extractions, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, sinus augmentation, and other oral surgery procedures, so patients considering implants are being treated by surgeons with a broad base of surgical experience. Patients can expect a process that includes evaluation of bone health and jaw structure before implant placement, with treatment planned around each person's specific needs. The office is open Monday through Friday and is located at 18807 Beardslee Boulevard in Bothell.
