I love this place! I have come to Boulder Dental Center since my former dentist retired. Every professional I have encountered here is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Pham makes coming to the dentist a great experience. The reception desk is always friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Do not hesitate to come here.

I had a great visit to Boulder Dental. Everything went smoothly and easily. Both the Hygienist and Dr. Pham were friendly and thorough. They both did a good job communicating what they were doing and about the health of my teeth. Great staff. I was very pleased.

I recently took my mom to Boulder Dental Center on Canyon Blvd, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dental experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk was friendly, efficient, and helped us get everything sorted quickly, which really set a positive tone for the visit. My mom had been nervous about her cleaning, but Dr. Medin immediately put her at ease. She is incredibly kind, gentle, and patient — you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Medin took extra care during the cleaning. She didn’t rush through anything; instead, she made sure my mom was comfortable every step of the way, explaining what she was doing and checking in often. The results were fantastic — my mom’s teeth looked great, and she left the appointment smiling (which doesn’t happen often after a dental visit!). It’s clear that Dr. Medin and her team truly value both the quality of their work and the comfort of their patients. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which adds to the overall sense of professionalism and care. We’ve been to a few dental offices in Boulder over the years, but none have compared to the experience we had here. I can’t recommend Boulder Dental Center and Dr. Medin highly enough — especially for anyone looking for a dentist who combines skill, compassion, and genuine warmth. My mom and I will definitely be returning for all of our future dental needs.

The dental care here is good, but the billing is horrendous. The billing department doesn’t have a phone number, and they don’t even give their name, making any billing issues that come up tedious. I’ve had to call their mainline five or six times just to update insurance information. This place earns one star, however, for a surprise bill they sent me last year after a procedure. When I followed up with them about it, they admitted that they didn’t know their own provider had gone out of network—a full three weeks before the procedure. They also claimed to have contacted my insurance beforehand, but Aetna had no record of a call. Through all of this, they never offered an apology or even acknowledged that charging someone double what they said is a burden. The dental care I got here was adequate, but plenty of other offices here offer the same level of care. I’d recommend going elsewhere or getting BDC to commit in writing to the cost of any procedure beforehand

I recently got a deep cleaning done here, and I had such a great experience. I was honestly a little nervous going into it because I’ve heard deep cleanings can be uncomfortable, but the entire team made me feel so at ease. The dentist explained everything clearly before starting and checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. The process was thorough but gentle, and I could tell they really cared about doing a good job. The office was clean, organized, and professional, and the staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in. I’m really happy with how my teeth feel now — they feel so much cleaner and healthier. I definitely recommend this office if you’re looking for a dentist who is patient, professional, and makes you feel comfortable.
