I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lin and the entire team at Boulder OMS. Due to an internal resorption issue with my two front teeth, Dr. Lin had to extract both of them. He also placed a single implant to support both teeth, which initially seemed unusual to me. However, he took the time to explain that in certain cases—especially with double front tooth extractions—using one implant with a cantilever can actually provide better results. He was in full agreement with my dentist, which gave me a lot of confidence.
Naturally, I was very nervous. Losing your front teeth is a major cosmetic concern, and I was also worried about how the cantilevered tooth would feel. The extractions and implant placement were done with local anesthetic, and the procedure was far less painful than I expected and a non issue.
While it was definitely an adjustment not having my front teeth for a few months—especially when it came to eating—the final restoration exceeded my expectations. The result looks fantastic. I truly feel my smile is even better than before, and I’ve received many positive comments from family and friends.
Beyond the clinical work, the entire office deserves praise. From the front desk to the nurses and support staff, everyone was kind, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
I would highly recommend Dr. Lin and the team at Boulder OMS to anyone who needs extractions or dental implants.

I took my aunt to get her procedure done and needed to reschedule a few times. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism we received over the phone as well as in person. Tatiana and Marybell really made our visit very easy and stress free. I wanted to make sure that they received their flowers as it seems good people are more and more difficult to find. Exceptional.

Best experience I have ever had. I had a tooth extraction and implant today and it was a painless experience. Not only is Dr. Lin skilled at his craft, his staff is wonderful as well. I can’t help but mention reasonable pricing included! Sometimes you just find that perfect professional! I have additional implants in my future and this is the place I’ll go.

Fantastic experience! Dr. Lin went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and fully informed throughout my entire treatment plan. The surgical assistants were kind, attentive, and even followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions. Thank you, Boulder OMS!

Dr. Gramins recently removed my daughter’s wisdom teeth, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the care he gave her. The procedure was smooth, recovery was easier than expected, and she bounced back quickly. We felt truly cared for from start to finish — I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an oral surgeon!
