Excellent care. Dr. Caligan has a very nice disposition and does a nice job of discussing issues and care strategies in a collaborative way. It's nice to feel part of the process. Dental hygienists are very competent and efficient. Front desk is organized. I only have good things to say... Book early as their calendar seems pretty full. Others must like the office too.

Doctor Caligan and his hygienist and front office staff have always been amazing. Our family has been using this dentist for years and we are always happy and satisfied with our work and his service and professionalism. There also a family feel. Highly recommend!!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Caligan. He has a great team, everyone is very welcoming and professional. Dr. Caligan really spent time talking to me to understand a current issue that a specialist is treating and he provided useful advice as to next steps. He did a thorough exam, including an oral cancer screening. My previous dentist never did those and I had forgotten that should be part of the exam. I'm glad that I have found Braddock Dental.

Dr Caligan DMD is an excellent dentist. He takes the time to answer any questions and he explains fully what he is doing. I think their cleanings are thorough and effective. Overall, Braddock Dental is one of the best! They are an amazing, friendly team, and I highly recommend them.

Braddock Dental, led by Dr. Geoffrey Caligan, DMD, provides dental implant care for patients in Alexandria, Virginia who are missing one or more teeth. The practice offers implant placement, bone grafting for patients who need additional bone before treatment, implant-supported crowns and bridges, and implant-retained dentures. Dr. Caligan has received specialized implant training from experts at the Triangle Institute in North Carolina, and the practice states it can provide start-to-finish implant treatment in its own office rather than referring patients elsewhere for parts of the process.
For patients considering implants, the practice describes benefits such as a natural look and function that matches surrounding teeth, help preventing jaw bone loss, and more secure denture support for confident eating and smiling. Treatment begins with an evaluation to determine whether implant placement or bone grafting is the right first step, and the practice notes titanium implants have a high success rate when placed properly. Braddock Dental also offers general and cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and TMJ therapy, and works with patients on insurance and financing options, including an in-house savings plan, to help make treatment more accessible.
Dr. Geoffrey Caligan, DMD, leads care at Braddock Dental. He graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2005, has earned a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, and received specialized implant training from experts at the Triangle Institute in North Carolina. He is also a student of the Dawson Academy, which focuses on comprehensive aesthetic and restorative dentistry and the treatment of TMJ disorders.
