A great staff, friendly and courteous - makes you very comfortable during treatment. Took time to explain everything and what to do after surgery. Dr Sierakowski did a great job and makes sure the patient is comfortable, minimizing what otherwise could have been a very painful extraction and implant

While it was my first visit to Brandywine Periodontics to get an appraisal I was really pleased with my experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Sierakowski couldn't have been nicer and explained everything thoroughly. I look forward to further treatment here

Today I had skin grafting on my lower gum line at 1 p.m Dr. S. Was terrific with me as his assistant Pyira. It is 4:30 and all is well. The staff is very nice and cordial. I have already recommended Dr. S to my friends.

I would highly recommend this practice. The entire staff are very friendly. efficient and knowledgeable. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. I had some gum, tissue graph surgery and I’m very pleased with the results.

About Brandywine Periodontics, LLC
Brandywine Periodontics, LLC is a periodontal practice located at 1786 Wilmington West Chester Pike, Suite 100B in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. The practice is led by Steven R. Sierakowski, DMD, MDS, a board-certified periodontist, and serves patients largely from Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania as well as New Castle County, Delaware, including Wilmington. Dental implants are a core part of the practice, with services that include implant placement, bone grafting for implants, ridge augmentation, sinus lift grafting, socket preservation, implant-supported overdentures, and options for patients missing all of their upper or lower teeth. The office uses cone beam CT scan 3D digital imaging for implant planning, and sedation dentistry is available for patients who experience dental anxiety.
Beyond implants, the practice offers a full scope of periodontal care, including treatment of gum disease, laser gum therapy, pocket reduction surgery, gum grafting, the Pinhole Surgical Technique for gum recession, crown lengthening, cosmetic periodontal surgery, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance. The practice says it provides up-front cost information before treatment, is in-network with a variety of insurance plans, and offers financing options, along with extended office hours on select days. New patients are welcome without a referral, and the office notes that dental implant treatment is a team effort between the periodontist and the patient's restorative dentist.
