I highly recommend Brandywine Valley Oral Surgery and Dr. Babameto for any dental surgery/implants/tooth extractions you need. From the office staff, nurses and Dr. Babameto everyone was kind, helpful and professional. I had a wisdom tooth extraction, it was quick and painless each step of the way. I'm amazed how efficient and good Dr. Babameto was through the whole process. Highly recommended place!!!

I received a phone call this morning to confirm an appointment for my son. They did not identify their self. I was confused so I asked. The lady than I identified this office. I confirmed the appointment and said thank you but was hung up on. I than called back and asked who she was she said “Mammi” I asked for a last name it wasn’t provided. I than asked for her manager she said “Tanya” I asked for Tanyas last name no response. I asked for Tanya’s direct number no response I asked for her email she said “ she doesn’t have one”. I said “ everyone has an email now in days”. She than hangs up on me. I call back the phone gets picked up and hung up. I call again and the same thing. So I call again than Tanya picks up. I know because I asked the lady what was her name. Tanya says she’s not the manager or supervisor she just works doing the “taxes”. She than identifies the manager as being Kevin M and puts him on the phone. I discuss the situation with him. He as well isn’t very pleasant. Today 02/12/26 I receive a phone call from Dr.Babameto himself. The oral surgeon who says this is his establishment of business and he says that he can not provide his services to my child because of my review. He says that his expertise doesn’t qualify him to serve me because of his staffs poor customer service. I express that why does the customer service of his staff have anything to do with his expertise. He refuses to understand. I made a complaint about poor customer service and expressed that I didn’t want anybody loosing their job because they probably have children to feed and rent or mortgage to pay. I just wanted them to get trained a little better so future patients would get treated with respect. I believe this maybe a racial issue aswell I am Latino and my son is Black/Latino. Welp! There goes that! I quess I have to make several phone calls and send out several formal complaint emails To The Better Business Bureau and other Officials🙄😩

From the office staff, nurses and Dr. Babameto everyone is kind, helpful, professional, efficient and make the whole surgery process smooth and easy for their patients. I had a tooth extraction and implant done and it was quick and painless each step of the way. I'm still amazed how efficient and good Dr. Babameto is with each step of the process. His many years of experience have given him some impressive skills! If you are ready to finally get your tooth problem fixed then look no further you have found the best around. Super nice. Very professional never hurt me. After call number after hours the Dr. actually calls you back. They listen to your needs make sure you are not in pain. I would recommend them to anyone. A+ they deserve a 100% five stars. Thank you so much Dr. Babameto and staff.
