Had a great first visit. My hygienist and dentist understood that my husband and I travel for work. I have a tooth that the dentist said was urgent enough that she wanted to get me in ASAP to get it fixed. They found an appointment for me the following week. I was super impressed until I show up for said appointment. The receptionist stated that they tried to call me twice and texted me the day before to confirm my appointment. I never received a phone call or text from the because they had my number wrong and they made it seem like that was my fault. They should have confirmed my phone number. They didn’t try to email me or call my husband. On top of that I paid a $400 deposit, which in my head confirmed that I would be there for this appointment. It was super important for me to get this done and now I won’t be seen until the end of April. I have to deal with my tooth bothering me for 3 more months, I probably will not still be in town, and I’m assuming I will be out my $400 deposit. “Well will try to get you in sooner” is just not going to cut it for me.

I went to Brantley Dental for a routine cleaning and checkup and had a great experience. Nichole, my dental hygienist, was very friendly, gentle, and informative throughout the visit. Dr. Rhodes was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend Brantley Dental for anyone looking for excellent dental care in a welcoming environment.

I actually don’t hate going to the dentist after switching to this clinic. Everyone actually looks at your chart and is very nice. They genuinely care about you and the health of your teeth. You can tell they know what they’re doing and love what they do.

I have not been to the dentist in a long time because I couldn’t find a dentist office I liked if it was the staff or the dentist themselves. But I went for the first time to Brantley dental and my experience was amazing from walking in the door, to my hygienist lili, to the dentist Dr. Rhodes I saw they where all amazing.

I recently established at Brantly Dental for a routine cleaning and was incredibly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The front desk made check-in quick and easy and I only waited a few minutes before being seen. Dr. Brantly was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Megan, my hygienist was gentle yet thorough, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for and informed. I highly recommend Brantly Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch. I’ll definitely be returning!
