RUN RUN!!! I had a horrendous experience. I had a tooth infection during pregnancy and was in extreme pain, so I needed an emergency dentist...and did not look at reviews. Never will I do that again. I went back in immediately after giving birth to fully get the tooth extracted and prepped for an implant. However, they did both the extraction and implant on the exact same day!!! Little did I know that is not safe or proper dentistry. My face swelled up unbelievably (baseball sized) and I was truly in unbearable pain. I called several times explaining something is wrong and I am in so much pain. My symptoms were consistently dismissed by the main receptionist. Finally the receptionist who is ridiculously unprofessional agreed to prescribe me an anti inflammatory, as I kept explaining that I do not react well to codeine. The codeine makes me very ill. Did she actually call it in??? Of course not, I had to call 3 separate times that day and she would say she would do it, then did not. Finally I was able to speak to someone with competence and she called it in. A week goes by I am still in excruciating pain, (they were on vacation) the main receptionist is back in the office and takes zero accountability for not calling my prescription in or even checking in. Instead, she has the audacity to bring up me breastfeeding, beyond bizarre! Trying to say she wasn’t sure if I was able to take certain meds because of breastfeeding. 1, I told her repeatedly I was not breastfeeding and 2 that is absolutely none of your business. 3, you had no problem throwing a bottle of codeine at me with zero questions. At this point, I am learning what a terrible dentist office this is -so of course I plan to finish the procedures elsewhere. I then had to repeatedly call for my dental records. Then find out she over-billed insurance significantly, it has been months now of me calling asking for the payment to be adjusted. Each time I am rushed off the phone by the out of control receptionist saying, "we are not trying to take your money, I will do it!" Still has not done it. This place is fraudulent and actually dangerous. I warn anyone please please do not go here!!!!!!

They were absolutely amazing! They not only fit us in for an emergency extraction for one member of our family, but also took my child back for a cleaning as well! They were so nice, accommodating, and understanding! Absolutely making them our regular dentist going forward. I am so grateful to them and recommend them to everyone.

Like others have stated in the google comments, if I could give this place a zero I would. I dont know how this place has earned a 4 stars on Google Maps. They will upsell you and it doesn’t feel like dental care but if you were forced into buying costly repairs for your car. After dozens of phone calls requesting a refund on work that performed I simply
gave up. They reassured me but then they will forget the discussion and that we were owed. But from the looks of how nice that placed looked, I would have never thought they are so shaddy.
Never been so frustrated with a dentist’s office. Stay away!!!

If I could give zero stars I would've put that! They where rude. They took 3 weeks to send the bill. After they sent the bill they overcharged. They copy and paste the same dental codes for the more expensive procedure. I called them to fix the bill they never did! Now 3 months of occasionally calling or reaching out they still never fixed it. I had to call the insurance and have them report the wrong billing code. They submitted as the provider I had 4 surgical extractions and I only had 2. Very dishonest. And even the lady who billed me texted me proof of the wrong codes accidentally via text from HER PERSONAL NUMBER AFTER HOURS. NEVER SHOULD YOU HAVE MY RECORDS IN YOUR PERSONAL DEVICE AFTER HOURS SHAME ON YOU!!!! I had to call back and ask why she did that to begin with???? Ridiculous service like something out of a movie!! Right hand on the bible they did those things. I have no reason to lie. Let this be a warning to others.

The facility was modern and clean and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The hygienist was gentle and unhurried as well as knowledgeable. Dr. Small explained what he was doing and why I need some additional work done.

For tooth loss, the practice offers dental implant services, including full mouth dental implants and, for qualified patients, same-day dental implants, along with implant supported dentures.
