Dr. Black is amazing! My son went in for wisdom teeth removal, and from start to finish the experience exceeded our expectations. Dr. Black explained everything clearly, took the time to educate us about the procedure, and patiently answered all of our questions. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. My teenage son even said, “Wow, everyone is so nice here!” Knowing he felt comfortable, cared for, and supported meant so much to us as parents.
Dr. Black did an excellent job! The procedure itself was quick and smooth, and even more impressive was how fast and easy the recovery has been. You really know you have a great doctor when the recovery is this smooth. We are so grateful and couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Everyone is always so kind, patient, and helpful.
Dr. Clyburn is very thorough, and I respect his advice and opinion. He's patient and understanding with my 96 year old mother with dementia. Thank you all. A visit to your office is a pleasant experience.

Friendly, professional, caring! Dr Hanley fully explained what was about to happen. You are in a partnership in your dental health with Dr Hanley and are consulted in the options available to you! I had a tooth extraction and bone graft and had little to no pain during the appointment and afterwards as well. I can highly recommend Dr Chad Hanley as your oral surgeon.

Had my post surgically implanted without any pain during or afterwards. Once more, Dr Hanley explained every step and even shared photos to help explain the implant process.
All staff members who worked with me in various capacities were genuinely kind and helpful. Every effort was extended to make me comfortable and feel valued as a patient.
It is with complete confidence that I am recommending a friend for nearly full-mouth restoration. Due to her dental anxiety, having medication and sedation for extensive restoration is very important.
My next visit in two months is when I will be released to my regular dentist for having the actual tooth replacement installed.
Thank you Dr Hanley and your wonderful support professionals.

You guys did a fantastic job of making an unpleasant necessity as pleasant as it could be. Here are all the things I appreciated: asking if I wanted music played, tapping when shots were being administered, pleasant conversation with both Dr. Hanley and the dental assistant, and the way in which they managed real time communication, patient experience, learning/informing, and procedural logistics. If that wasn’t pleasant enough, the staff complemented me on my earrings & gave me props for handling the procedure.
I have had multiple procedures done, with multiple doctors, between the Brenham and College Station offices, and all have done a fine job.

About Brazos Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Brazos Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is an oral surgery practice with a Bryan-College Station office at 1505 Emerald Plaza in College Station, Texas, and a second office in Brenham. The practice's surgeons practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, which the site explains requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after dental school. Services include dental implant surgery, wisdom tooth removal, tooth extractions, exposure of impacted canines, bone grafting, reconstructive jaw surgery, treatment of jaw joint disorders, oral pathology, and care for facial trauma.
For patients considering dental implants, the practice offers single implants to replace missing teeth, implant-supported dentures, and a Teeth-In-A-Day option using bar attachment dentures, along with bone grafting techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention. The office provides in-office anesthesia choices including intravenous sedation, nitrous oxide, and local anesthesia, and offers radiology and 3D imaging. The practice serves Bryan-College Station, Brenham, Navasota, Caldwell, Hearne, Madisonville, Conroe, and surrounding Brazos Valley communities, including the Texas A&M University community.
