Dr. Pash and her team are the best! I was really impressed by the way Dr. Pash and her assistant explained everything to me as they went about with my procedure. The office is very calming and the music is perfect. Anyone who needs oral surgery or implants I highly recommend Dr. Pash and her team. You won’t regret it, I promise!

Highly recommend!! Dr. Pash and her entire staff were amazing from the consultation until the final follow up visit. My son had a baby tooth and all four wisdom teeth extracted. He was so nervous and they were great with him!! Everyone from the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctor, to the anesthesiologist were absolutely wonderful! 10/10!! Thank you again for everything!

Dr. Pashkowsky and the two lovely ladies that helped me get ready for surgery were so kind and gentle! I had both of my bottom wisdom teeth removed. I was put to sleep but don't remember going to sleep, it was amazing. It felt like 5 minutes and I woke up with no pain. The office is very clean! They were very organized, as soon as I came in they were ready for me...and I was early! Love that, love them, I highly recommend Dr. Pashkowsky!

On November 25, 2025 I visited this office for a tooth extraction and bone graft in preparation for a dental implant. The surgical procedure itself went smoothly.
However, my experience with the office management was disappointing. During a follow-up appointment on March 2, 2026 for a CT scan and consultation, I waited in the exam room for more than 45 minutes without any update from staff or the doctor despite informing them that I had another appointment afterward.
After leaving to attend my other appointment, I later received a call from the doctor and the doctor-patient relationship was subsequently terminated before the implant treatment was completed. In the conversation, I expressed my disappointment with the office’s handling of the prolonged waiting without an explanation. I felt I had no choice but to continue the treatment because the bone graft was already put in. The doctor subsequently stated that my choice would be to go and get a bridge from my general dentist. At that recommendation, I made the commend that after all I went through with both time and money, the original recommendation for a bone graft was unprofessional. At that point, the doctor terminated the patient doctor relationship because “I questioned her professionalism”. During the entire conversation, the doctor never apologized for the prolonged wait.
When I later reported ongoing pain at the surgical site, I was advised to see a general dentist for evaluation rather than being seen in the oral surgery office.
Patients considering this practice may want to ask about scheduling procedures, follow-up care policies, and how treatment continuity is handled if concerns arise.

Curtiss Orthodontic had recommended Brea Oral Surgery. I’m so glad they did, they were very informative. The office staff was friendly, the facility was very clean. They are prepared and get patience ready for surgery me after care. My daughter had. Great experience and I highly recommend this place.
