Absolute best experience I've ever had with a dentist. They got me in immediately for an emergency appointment, checked me in and addressed the problem exceptionally fast, and every person in the office was friendly and welcoming. The doc did a fantastic job, quickly, and made sure I was well informed. Great experience!!!

Dr. Francis is incredibly skilled. Had a cavity filled and it was one of the better experiences I’ve had at the dentist. Easy and painless. I’ve been going to Dr. Francis and his team for a few years now and would highly recommend!

This place is awesome, the entire staff does a great job. The dentist is actually kind and funny, which is nice! He cared about the costs when making a treatment plan from the first day I went there. He reccomended what was a priority and what could be done later if I needed to space out the costs. The assistants are friendly and do an excellent job individually as well as by the dentist's side. The office lady is a wonder woman! She has helped me with so much from insurance claims to Care Credit financing and helped solve every problem I had. A good front desk person is worth a million bucks and can really make or break a relationship for me in a medical office. It is a joy to go in there despite that it is the dentsit! Haha Teeth cleanings were great and I am pretty picky about those. It has to be the right amount of attention to detail to actually get the teeth clean to where I can feel it, with just enough gentleness that I am not misserable with my sensitive teeth. I notice my teeth feel great and clean when I leave. I feel respected when I say something hurts or is a senstive area, although I know its annoying. They listen and get the job done without just going forward anyways at the same intensity like I have had in the past at other places. They always let me listen to my headphones which really helps me be a good patient. I tend to think everything hurts if I hear the drills, even when it doesn't haha. The shots are great too, which again, I've gone to several clinics in different states and notice when the mouth shots really suck. I haven't had any complaints and don't mind having to go through that here when I get fillings. Another thing to note that is cool about this place is that they do their own in house printing. So when I got a few crowns they are able to fix it all in one appointment, which is amazing without a temp crown and all that! They just prep it, measure it, then I have to wait an hour or two to have them put it back on and I'm good to go. I also got a retainer here recently because my orthodotics wire kept falling off. They did a great job printing that in house to where I could pick it up the next day and it has worked well. I was so happy to be able to get one right away with the great price and them offering to take care of it for me in that appointment. I would reccomend this place for sure. The dentist does a great job, the staff has awesome teamwork and it's a welcoming office!

Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My evaluation didn’t go as well as I’d hoped, but the providers Tarah and Doctor Francis went above and beyond professionalism to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

Brian Francis DMD Aesthetic and Family Dental Center is a locally owned private dental practice at 2370 Avenue C, Suite 4 in Billings, Montana, serving patients under the slogan Enlighten. Empower. Excellence. The practice offers general and cosmetic dentistry, including dental implants, bone grafting with platelet-rich plasma, dentures, same-day CEREC crowns, veneers, teeth whitening, digital smile design, laser dentistry, periodontal care, root canals, sedation dentistry, sleep medicine, jaw joint and facial pain treatment, and tongue tie release. The team emphasizes minimally invasive procedures and patient comfort, with amenities such as blankets, headphones, and aromatherapy in the office.
For patients missing teeth, the practice places single and multiple dental implants using Straumann titanium implants, and notes the possibility of implant supported dentures. Planning begins with a cone beam CT scan, a detailed three dimensional image of the jaw, which is used to create a custom surgical guide that controls the depth and angle of implant placement. After healing, the implant crown is designed and made in the office with CEREC technology. The office accepts many major insurance plans and offers the Francis Care Plan, a membership program for patients without insurance that includes a 15 percent discount on additional services such as dental implants. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and Wednesday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, closed Friday.
The practice is led by Dr. Brian Francis, DMD, a graduate of Case Western University Dental School in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was recognized for achievement in patient care with an emphasis on implant placement. He has completed advanced implant training in Washington, D.C., as well as advanced cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, sleep apnea, and myofunctional therapy training at the Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Francis earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Brigham Young University Idaho, is a member of the American Dental Association, and has volunteered with the Give Kids a Smile program and on dental missions to the Dominican Republic.
