I will never take my kids back to this place again. When we got there it was a no one insight no other patients nothing it was just an empty office quiet as a mouse they called us back the chairs they sitting in looked old they didn’t have no plastic or paper on it or nothing. They went in, trying to do a cleaning and the girl just put paste on their teeth and use the water to get it off. She did my daughter teeth like that and my son so when the doctor came in, I asked him when they clean your teeth. They supposed to use floss to go down through their teeth or use the thing to do it with the water coming out she didn’t use none of that. I don’t even think they had that equipment. He was looking lost And he couldn’t really answer me so no I wouldn’t recommend no one to go there especially not my family that’s a no no for me. I don’t know where they got trained at, but they need to go back and get some more training done and get some better equipment.No toothbrush bags or nothing

First time visiting, and aside from the wait time, everything was great. The front desk ladies were super nice, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Dent was awesome and my kids absolutely loved him. My daughter is terrified of the dentist but he walked her through and explained everything to her that was being done and it was overall a great experience.

I had a great experience at Brident Dental, and I want to especially highlight the amazing customer service from Thalia. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. She was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful in answering my questions and getting me checked in quickly. She made scheduling easy, explained everything clearly, and created a welcoming environment that helped ease any nerves I had about the appointment. It’s rare to find such kind and attentive service—especially in a busy office—so I truly appreciate the extra effort they put into making every patient feel valued. Highly recommend this office, and big thanks to Thalia for setting such a positive tone right from the start!

Amazing experience. We have been coming here ever since my children were 6 months old. They are now 13 and 12. We had a Ortho-consultation this morning and was able to get braces done on the same day. Amazing office and amazing staff.

Everyone was nice at the front desk. The dr and assistants were caring and worked well with my autistic daughter. The wait was a little long especially for the paper work to be brought to her room so we could leave.
