So far my experience has been great. I feel welcomed and heard. Dr Maria is professional and personal. The staff are nice. My hygienist was awesome. She truly cares and cleaned my teeth like no other prior. She explained in detail answers to my questions. I have been 3 times now. ALL WERE 5 STAR experiences. The atmosphere is modernized and they even have TV's on the ceilings to make you comfortable if needed. My x-rays were on a TV screen that I could see. I found my new Dentist.

I cannot recommend this dental office highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The entire team made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain every step of the process. The results exceeded my expectations. My smile looks beautiful, natural, and has given me so much more confidence. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and pay close attention to every detail. If you’re looking for a dental office who is highly skilled, honest, and truly cares about their patients, this is the place to go. Thank you for giving me a smile that I absolutely love!

I had a disappointing experience at Bright Dents. From the start, the level of professionalism didn’t meet expectations. Communication was lacking, and it often felt like concerns weren’t being fully listened to or addressed. The wait times were longer than expected, even with an appointment, which made the visit more frustrating. The overall atmosphere didn’t feel very welcoming, and the service felt rushed rather than patient-focused. I left feel discouraged with my overall experience. in the care. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this office to others.

I’ve always had great experiences here with the dental hygienist. However, the front desk person I dealt with today around 12:10 pm was really rude. I get that things are probably hectic after the storm and schedules are packed, but being kind and talking to people in a professional manner goes a long way. I know I should’ve been on time, but a little grace would’ve gone a long way. Like there was just a snow storm a few days ago and I underestimated my commute. It just kind of made me second guess coming back for future cosmetic work.

Came in today for my wisdom tooth removal and it was phenomenal. My mouth was numbed and all I could feel was some pressure, Next thing I know the dentist says I’m all done! I was shocked. Zero pain, Relaxing environment, The dentist and assistants are very gentle and kind. I’ll be coming back in a few weeks for another tooth to be removed and I can honestly say I’m not nervous at all. This is the first dentist office I’ve been to where I’ve experienced zero pain. Thank you so much!
