They were nice and all but they keep sending me a bill that my insurance says they can have it covered. Called my insurance and said they were sending it to the wrong address. Had a lady talk over with the through the phone from my insurance, she said she had to tell them twice that they were sending it to the wrong address. This has been going on since last year. Please fix this I do not owe $600 my insurance says they can cover it. I'm getting frustrated and tired of this being a burden on the back of my head. Please fix this. I'm getting tired of it.

Nice office, Shady billing. Received and approved an estimate for a cleaning. After my cleaning I received a bill for $300 on top of the $250 I had paid already at the time of the cleaning. Called my insurance and was told they charged the total yearly allowance. Not only did they clean my teeth but the cleaned out my yearly dental insurance and charged me another $500+ for a CLEANING. Try to resolve the issue with 0 luck so finally just transferred to another dental office.

Very nice and warm Receptionists and X-Ray technician. Dr. Kalair is very knowledgeable and very respectful and gentle. Highly recommended.

I was able to get an appointment the never next day and they are very busy. The staff was all very friendly and the Dr was very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

My husband went in to get a consultation to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The original estimate was a little over $1,500. We decided to go ahead and book the removal for a month later. The day of, we go into the office and they gave us a new estimate. This time it was $295 more. We were annoyed by it but we said it was fine to go ahead and proceed with the removal. We sign the estimate and sit down to wait for our name to be called. 20 mins later, the front desk call our name and now say that the new estimate is over $3500. I don’t understand why it all doubled. Nothing in our insurance changed from the time we made the appointment to the time of the procedure. I understand estimates are subjected to change. But for the original estimate to double is outrageous. Only reason why I’m giving it 2 stars is because the front desk and doctors/assistants were really nice.
