Brightside dental is amazing! First of all they are very clean! Second I didn't have to wait to get into my appt at all. After I walked in I got a friendly greeting, and only sat in the waiting room for 5 min! Third the staff treated me like family. From getting my x-ray's to talking with the dentist I had great experience! I wasn't judged, or rushed like I have been at other places! When it came down to the work I had to get done I had hope in the plan they had! (Out of pocket costs after insurance) Overall I will be recommending Brightside to everyone!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bright Side Dental – Dr. Mohamed Shbib, Amra & Mya Are Truly Exceptional I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Bright Side Dental! From the very beginning, Dr. Moe Shbib has gone above and beyond for me. He wasn’t just hands-on during my visits — he personally called me outside of the office to make sure I completely understood my treatment plan and felt comfortable every step of the way. That level of care is rare and meant so much to me. Amra was amazing as well — so kind, supportive, and reassuring throughout my treatment. She made every appointment feel smooth and stress-free. The office manager, Mya, deserves a huge shout-out too! She spent the time to break down every option, working hard to find the most affordable treatment plan possible so I could save my teeth without the financial stress. Her patience and willingness to help truly made a difference. This team genuinely cares about their patients — not just the results, but the person behind the smile. I walked in nervous, but I left feeling supported, valued, and confident in my care. If you’re looking for a dental office that will treat you like family and go the extra mile, Bright Side Dental with Dr. Shbib and his team is the place to go!

I love my Dental office at Bright Side Dental. The work here is amazing. I love the friendly staff. My Doctor we call Dr. Moe is Super Great and so funny. Come and see for yourself Great Practice. You too will love it.

Clean establishment and very kind staff. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and did a thorough job cleaning my son’s teeth. I highly recommend this place if you’re seeking to be treated like family 🤗

While the office staff was amazing and welcoming and the office is clean and the environment is calm, my review is based on the interaction with the dentist. He came in, barely introduced himself, bluntly said what was wrong (basically said to take my child’s oral care somewhere else, but come back in 6 months for a cleaning). He didn’t ask if there were any questions, didn’t educate on care. Said what he said and walked out. My teen felt embarrassed. Is that anyway to treat a customer? Thankfully, the front desk, hygienist, and dental assistants were as kind as they were. They are the only reason she wants to come for her cleaning; at least the dentist approves of that service here.
