The waiting room may be small, but the service!!! From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist we're amazing at all levels of service. The receptionist were smiling and welcoming and very accommodating. The particular hygienist I had was hilarious and almost had me forgetting where I was at. I've been going to them for about a year now and they're dentist are some of the best I have ever been seen by in my life. I usually have an issue with not being fully numbed when I have been to other dentists offices. I have not had that issue here!!! So if you are a person who has had to deal with that alone, then this is definitely the dentist office for you. I would definitely recommend this office to any and everyone!

Here is my opinion of my experience with this dentist office. I was a Bright Smiles patient from 2015 through 2026, attending cleanings every six months. Over that entire time, I saw multiple hygienists and dentists. Despite that, no one ever informed me about a cavity that was clearly visible on an X‑ray Bright Smiles later sent me from three years ago. What stands out is that during my routine visits, I was consistently offered additional services — deep cleanings, crowns, and other treatments — yet the cavity that had been developing on my tooth for years was never mentioned once. Not identified. Not monitored. Not explained. I only learned about the cavity because a new dentist they had recently brought into the office reviewed my X‑ray and immediately pointed it out. This was the first time anyone at Bright Smiles acknowledged it, despite years of appointments and multiple providers reviewing my records. When he showed it to me, the staff’s first response was, “Are you in any pain?” When I said no, the conversation ended. No explanation of how long it had been there. No timeline. No acknowledgment that this cavity had been visible for years. I was simply told I “needed to get it filled,” with no context about why it had never been addressed before. I later received an email stating the cavity “appeared to be new,” even though the X‑ray they provided from three years prior clearly shows the same cavity. The email did not address why it was missed or why it was never communicated during any of my regular visits. After being a consistent patient for over a decade, I expected thorough communication and attention to detail. That was not my experience. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision before trusting this office with their dental care.

First time visiting the practice, the staff were professional, polite and courteous. During my exam and filling replacement, the Doctor was made sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. A outstanding team.

They actually care. My dental work is being covered by the VA, who gave me dentures that were massively oversized for my mouth. Bright smiles worked what magic they could to make them actually functional, until I can get my new dentures made by, Bright Smiles. They did this on my first visit, all I had to do was ask for a reline and adjustment. It wasn't even part of my original appointment, and two staff members worked together to make sure I could use what poor dentures I had been given, until they could get me a new set. I cannot wait to see what their dentures look like, after the magic they pulled with my garbage ones. Thank you guys, I will send everyone I know to you in a heart beat. That was a people over profits moment, in my book. Great job! -Mike

This office lacks professional communication with its patient and the office manager is dismissive and rude. I have been going to this office for a few years and they neglected to inform me that one of my teeth was “under watch” Until it was deemed an actual cavity which she did work. Up until a month ago, I had Dental coverage, which would have covered the treatment almost entire entirely; which they knew. They waited until after I came into my most recent appointment and charged me an excessive amount for a cleaning and also told me I would need to pay an additional $200 to have the cavity addressed. Rather than attempt to work out a compromise with a standing patient the office manager accused me of having poor dental hygiene due to being a new mom. I reminded her that I take my dental health seriously and came to my schedule cleaning only two weeks after giving birth to ensure that I did not let my dental health fall to the wayside. It’s a shame I really enjoyed the dental technician Lori as she was very kind, but the excessive charges that could have been avoided and the disrespectful communication received from the office manager is unacceptable. I do not recommend this office for you or your children at this point due to the fact that they cannot properly relay medical information timely. Six months ago something as simple as “if this tooth starts to bother you, please give us a call— it’s under watch”, would have sufficed. No ownership or professionalism.
