I had a great experience with Dr. Milch and the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Dr. Milch took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time. You can tell the staff truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Milch and her team to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dentist!

Everything was awesome except one thing. All of the staff and Dr. Milch were amazingly friendly. Kianna was super courteous taking my ex rays. Everybody was great. However, if you go there in the morning…dress like you’re going to Alaska in the middle of winter… it was significantly colder inside than out. Fortunately I thawed in the California sunshine when I left.

Awesome! That is how I feel about my experience at Brightwood Dental. Starting with the receptionist, Ashley, and her baby Olivia I was treated with kindness and respect. Then my interaction with Kalani was wonderful! She was professional, respectful, and very insightful to my needs. Dr Charlotte Milch, another very satisfying interaction. She was also professional, respectful, and very intelligent. Bethany, my hygienist, was kind, delicate, and really cared about my comfort. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. I am so glad that I am now a patient there and I highly recommend it.

Love the philosophy of how safe, personalized, and comfortable all the dentists and staff are at Brightwood Dental. They are professional in an authentic way that makes you feel seen. The updated technology is top notch and each dental technician that has worked on me is so passionate and meticulous about what they do. My teeth have never looked better! I actually look forward to seeing the dentist 😁 . Thank you Olivia for today 🦷🪥😃

My family had their first appointments at Brightwood today and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Everyone was kind, friendly, and the office was welcoming. I really appreciated the flexibility the staff demonstrated with our two sons, it was a very enjoyable dental experience!
