The office staff were incredibly kind and made sure to get me in right away because of my pain level, even though I was not an existing patient. I truly appreciated how quickly they responded.
Dr. Monica Bontrager took her time to carefully assess the issue and explained everything clearly. My tooth was cracked down to the nerve from clenching and grinding. Aside from the crack, it was still healthy and did not want to come out easily. She was patient, gentle, and able to remove it without causing additional trauma.
The facility is brand new, clean, and very welcoming. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Bontrager was compassionate and professional. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

I have been patient at this clinic for several years. I have never had a bad experience. Every individual, from the front desk, the dental techs, and the doctors are kind and patient. I have an adult child with special needs who is also a client and they treat him as if he owns the place. They honestly make their patients feel like family. I used to fear going to the dentist but thaks to this family owned clinic, I actually look forward to seeing all of them.

A huge thank you to Dr. Monica who always eases my anxiety during treatment. A simple conversation about family vacation plans or something her children are doing helps ease the typical dentist anxiety. She is the best.

All of the staff are very nice and friendly. Doc is very professional and very knowledgeable she takes time to talk with you about any concerns that you may have. My children love going to the dentist because they feel so comfortable with their pearly white smile when they leave.
