Broadway Dental has a great team who makes you feel like you’re part of the crew. Dr. B is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease in the chair. Our family especially enjoys going to the dentist because of Jamie and Mercedes and how they always make getting our cleanings a comfortable and fun experience. I recommend Broadway Dental to anyone looking for their family dentist!

I did not have a great first experience here. Scheduling was easy, and when I did so, I was told my previous records would be obtained & I wouldn’t have to have repeat x-rays done again superfluously. I confirmed all of this before agreeing to the appointment. When I went to my appointment last week, however, the front desk confirmed that they still did not have my x-rays. Not only did they not obtain my records, but the female at the front desk had the wrong city of my previous dentist despite me sharing this information with them via their online forms. She was attempting to get my records while I sat in the waiting room & assured me she “could just call & get them in two seconds.” Due to the time zone, my dentist’s office in CA was not open yet & their last minute attempt at doing something that they had reassured me would be done prior to my appointment failed. I shared my frustration with the woman that brought me back into an exam room, but no resolution was really offered besides me coming back a different day or having unnecessary x-rays done. She didn’t consult the dentist at that time either. I opted to leave & not go forward with the appointment. I value my time, but they certainly did not. No one from the office has since reached out, apologized, notified me that my records were successfully obtained, or attempted to reschedule me.

I recently had two great experiences at Broadway Dental! I had a new patient visit with Isabel and a cleaning with Amanda. Both girls were so sweet and gentle. Then, I returned to have a crown placed. Dr Broderson and Isabel did a wonderful job! I loved the atmosphere and felt well cared for. They made it easy!

Dr. Brodersen and his assistant Kelle were amazing!!! Everyone from the administrative staff to the clinical staff were top knotch. This was my first visit as a patient, and they were so welcoming, so friendly and treated me as if I had been going there for years! I came in for a Same-day-crown and was highly impressed with not only the professionalism, but the skill and attentiveness to each and every detail of the process. I will never wait for a crown again! Broadway Dental Care exceeded my expectations and gave me an excellent experience to remember. Thank you!!!
