My Husband and I have now had 3 appointments at Brookings Dental Group. I saw Dr. Harbolt a couple weeks ago, and today my husband saw Dr. Harbolt and I saw Dr. Kooning for a procedure. We are so thrilled with the care of both doctors and the entire staff. We couldn't be more pleased with our experiences with them all and will highly recommend them to everyone we know

Went in for simple cavity work and debridement. Was only given one half debridement but charged for two full treatments, or 4x the price. This had to be corrected in-house and the secretary didn't seem to understand division or basic mathematics. They insisted on reseating some crowns which I foolishly accepted. My new permanent fixing failed less than 8 months later and fell out eating a piece of fried ravioli. Records seem to be a mess here. Overpaid for a tooth pull which was them supposed to be compensated via check, only to receive a bill for the exact amount I was to be given a check. I've never had such an awful dental experience, both pain-wise and when assessing the results, not even including the financial fiascos therin.

Over $400 for a basic checkup, xrays and a cleaning. Sent me to the Endodontist in Grant's Pass for an exam, which turned out to be nothing, another $455 for that visit plus fuel. I am pissed and disappointed

At Brookings Dental Group all the staff seem to take a personal interest in the clients. I always feel welcome and recognized. It goes beyond courtesy to a feeling of genuine caring. Each staff member I have worked with seems highly skilled. This is as close to painless dentistry as one might hope. I am always impressed and I trust the advice I receive. I am grateful to have such excellent care.

Was going to this office for a few years but recently switched due to the unfriendly desk clerks that are quick to charge you $50 dollar cancellation fees for not canceling within exactly 48 hours. Yet, they are quick to cancel you or reschedule on their end if need be to their advantage. It’s happened to me, my mom as well and a friend at work. Dr. Is great he just needs new receptionists.
