I have had too many dental procedures to name and some of them have been unpleasant
I delayed scheduling my procedure although I knew it needed to be done sooner than later..
I finally had it done June 1, 2026. All the staff I encountered were efficient and polite. Dr. Conrad did a great job of explaining everything that would take place. The day of surgery Dr. Conrad put me at ease and everyone did a great job of making sure I was comfortable. If I should ever need oral surgery with sedation again, I would definitely return to Brunswick Oral
and Maxillofacial Surgery. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

I went in this morning for my wisdom teeth removal, they knew I was very nervous and were very kind, i’ve never had an IV before which I was most nervous for. I didn’t feel a thing with the Iv and they explained the whole process as they went, the doctor was amazing and very kind to me. I appreciate them making a stressful situation extremely calming and easy, I got home and was able to be moving around and everything. Would recommend this place 1000x over

I am terrified of having any procedure done in my mouth, even a simple filling. I had to visit for an extraction. Dr. Conrad and the staff who assisted him that day were incredible and made me feel at ease. From the blanket fresh from the warmer, to the vaseline they put on my lips while in surgery, they thought of every little detail. I have never had a better experience anywhere. Top notch

We had a great experience with Brunswick Oral Surgery for our daughter’s wisdom teeth surgery. Dr Full and his staff were absolutely amazing. Besides everyone being extremely kind, caring, and compassionate, the office is an amazing surgical facility. I would highly recommend Brunswick Oral Surgery and their doctors to any patient needing oral surgery care. Best in the state of NC!

Dr. Conrad did a fantastic job in extracting my back tooth. He has the knowledge, technology and personality to give his clientele the very best care. There is no one else that I trust more. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
