My grandson has been here twice in a year and both times we were told he needed to have teeth pulled, not "let's fix them" but pulled.. Today after a little over an hour of him being back there and being told that he needed a tooth pulled again, even though we were only there for an infected gum due to a tortilla chip poking into his back gum area. I asked to see the x-rays and talked to the dentist so they took me back to where he was ( I was on the phone with my daughter who is a RDA getting her opinion). The RDA told the dentist that I wanted to talk to him, he looked at me, walked away and started on another patient. I got my grandson out of the chair and left. We will not go back.

Dr. Sai and his team consistently provide exceptional service. Our family has utilized this dental practice for approximately four years, and we consistently experience outstanding professionalism. The facility maintains impeccable cleanliness, wait times are consistently reasonable, and appointment scheduling is straightforward. Kelsey, in particular, demonstrates remarkable attentiveness, and the entire staff operates with a high degree of professionalism. We extend our sincere gratitude to the entire team at Bryan Dental.
