As far as terrific goes for a root canal, Dr Han did great. He clearly explained my situation and was really patient with my questions. Although I was already on antibiotic + ibuprofen for a week prior for the infection, I didn't have any discomfort after and was back to normal eating right away. Also, since I was a new patient at this clinic, Tanya in the front office was super patient with taking me through the registration and coordinating with their sister clinic in Factoria. They also have Clerri dental plan which is a great option to augment standard (limited) dental coverage. I'll definitely be back.

Dr. Yang | Bellevue Location
Having past childhood trauma from the dentist, I did not keep up with my cleanings until a pain in my tooth made me go in. Dr. Yang was the most gentle and caring dentist I've ever had. She made me feel completely at ease, and now she's my forever dentist — I will absolutely keep up with my dental work going forward! If I could give 20 stars I would :)

I was there on time for my routine dental cleaning. Then, sit in the dental chair for 22 minutes before seeing the dentist, who works on my teeth like 10 minutes before handling over to her assistant for polishing and flossing, which is done in another 10 minutes. The flossing tech is also novel, instead of pulling the floss straight up, the assistant released one end and pulled it out from the other side. Thank you for really amazong speed and new tech!

Everyone at the office — from the front desk to the assistant, hygienist, and doctor — was friendly, professional, and efficient. The office itself is modern, comfortable, and conveniently located, with free validated parking at Bellevue Place. There was a small hiccup with my insurance, but the office honored the original quote and took responsibility immediately. They also promised to review and improve their internal processes, which shows genuine integrity and a commitment to excellent patient care. That kind of attitude and action truly reflects a business that values its customers and strives to do the right thing. Highly recommended!

They scheduled my son's appointment for 5 1/2 months instead of 6 so insurance denied coverage. I called to discuss this issue with them. They said they would talk to manager and call me back. Never got a call back and then they just sent me a bill requesting payment for the overdue outstanding balance. If they can't do the small things correctly, I won't be trusting them with anything else.
