Super late for this review, but I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted back in November and it was a great experience! I was super nervous but the nurses/assistants and Dr. Sethi were all kind and reassuring which definitely made me feel comfortable. I was out like a light and it felt like 5 mins had passed and it was all over. After about 4 days I went back to work and school and no issues with my teeth since then. Such a relief from the pain I was in before I got them pulled. Thank you so much BOS!❤️

10/10 recommend if you have any anxiety at all about surgery on your teeth this place is the place to go! I have never even had a cavity but needed my 4 wisdom teeth removed and it was the most relaxed environment I’ve ever been in! The front desk staff was so welcoming and the doctor and nurses were the nicest people! You won’t regret it at all!

Had my wisdom teeth removed a bit more than a year ago by Dr. Sultan, and still have nerve damage on the lower right side of my mouth - completely numb on the right lower side and can’t feel anything. The day I went in for a “consultation” about how close my one tooth was to the nerve, they talked me into getting my wisdom teeth out right then and there. Made me seem like I was just OCD about my concerns. I even ate food and drank coffee right before my appointment, told them this, yet they still somehow thought it was safe to put me out. I really don’t know why I even allowed it! When I told my doctor, she couldn’t believe they would’ve ever put me out without having me fast first. I don’t think the providers here care about anyone but themselves. I’ll always regret going here for my wisdom tooth removal.

I have to say this is the best group in Buffalo. I’ve been to everyone!! The dentist is amazing she took the time to actually listen. The staff goes above and beyond to help especially when your entire mouth needs replacing. We’re almost there. They are great!! Don’t wait like I did call them today!! UPDATE: They are still excellent as they continue to help and care more than any other dental I've ever had! Excellent work thank you

Excellent Experience at Amherst Oral Surgery!
I had my wisdom teeth extracted today at Amherst Oral Surgery, and the experience was surprisingly smooth and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel at ease. The procedure itself was handled with great care, and I appreciated how the team explained everything clearly and checked in on my comfort throughout.
The office is clean and well-organized, and they have a very calm, reassuring environment. I’m impressed with how efficiently everything was handled without feeling rushed. Recovery instructions were thorough and easy to follow, which gives me confidence for a smooth healing process.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Amherst Oral Surgery to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal or other oral surgery services. They truly make the process as stress-free as possible!
