My procedure was initiated more than six months ago. When I arrived for my second visit, I was surprised to learn the amount of my copayment after insurance had covered their portion. Although I understood and agreed to my financial responsibility, I was not prepared to pay thousands of dollars in a single visit.
It would have been courteous and more transparent to receive a reminder of my outstanding balance before making the drive from another county. Better communication in advance would have allowed me to plan accordingly.
I would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss an alternative financial arrangement, such as a structured payment plan or another reasonable resolution to, prior to my appointment. Offering flexible options and proactive communication would have improve the experience.

Dr Nakashyan is the best. I did my surgery here (didn’t feel a thing btw!) and he was very attentive, careful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, made sure I know what care I need post surgery and followed up after by giving me a call even though it was around Christmas time when nobody was working, and he made sure I’m feeling well & recovering. I’ll need to do another procedure later this year and I’m definitely coming back to see him. If you need help with your gums - I highly recommend dr Nakashyan. You will be in great hands!

I have only amazing things to say about Dr. Nakashyan at Burbank Periodontics and I highly recommend him. I had to have a tooth extracted and decided to get an implant, which is one of the best decisions I’ve made. Dr. Nakashyan and his team were extremely professional from the very beginning. He explained everything to me in detail and always wanted to make sure that all of my questions were answered. The entire process was very smooth and extremely painless.
Thank you so much Dr. Nakashyan! I really appreciate everything you did for me. I will absolutely come see you again for all of my periodontics needs.

Amazing dental care! Dr. Nakashyan and his team are very caring and thorough with the work and show an individual approach to every patient. My hygienist, Alla, does an incredible cleaning work on my sensitive gums. My gratitude goes to everyone in this one of a kind dental office. Their care starts with the front desk personnel. Thank you Burbank Peridontics for helping me keep my teeth and gums healthy!!!

Had my bone graft done here by dr. Hoang, who is amazing, caring and has very gentle hands in my treatment.. She explained my dental plans in details. Highly recommend this wonderful Dr. . Hoang and this office . Thank you.
