The staff seemed friendly, but I am not going to a dentist to be friends with them, I need an honest dentist to fix my teeth and not rip me off. It wasn't just the dentist, the assistant was also trying to push me to get the work done there. The no wait means that people aren't exactly lining up to get dental work done here. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had an abscess and two teeth with large cavities. I had to drain the abscess on my own because he wanted to pull the abscessed tooth. He literally looked at the X-ray for less than a second and immediately had a plan to rip me off. Apparently saw a crack in the abscessed tooth and just had to pull it and do a root canal on the other tooth with the cavity, quoted me $2000 and told me they are trying to help, thankfully I didn't have insurance at the time and all of that was going to come out of my pocket. I was not ok with getting my tooth pulled so I decided to look for a cheaper alternative because I needed help and finally found a dentist in Mexico. I am not Hispanic and with that $2k, had a blast for a week there. The work was done in 3 visits and only cost me $500 total and I still had $500 left after the trip! The Mexican dentist did a root canal on the tooth this guy wanted to pull and just filled the cavity on the other tooth that this guy wanted to do a root canal on. Basically this guy was looking to rip me off and pull my tooth and do a root canal on a tooth that didn't need it, who knows what else he was going to try to 'help' me with! Dentists in the US are a total ripoff! It has been a year since the work was done in Mexico and everything is great and couldn't be happier, got a trip to Mexico and all of my teeth back! Forget this guy!

I’m a new patient here and the entire staff and Dr. Thomas are extremely friendly! Great customer service. I highly recommend this office for dental care.

New patient sign up works well, making appointment online not so much. Got a call from the office but apparently when you have Medicaid you need to call every morning to see if they have an opening to be seen. Good luck to you

Called to ask about getting an appointment and the lady answering the phone was very rude!! She even chuckled whenever I expressed to her my fear of the dentist. I would not recommend this place.

I would like to say that I have been a patient for several years with Burke Family Dentistry. The staff is professional and friendly. The Dr is straight and to the point with examinations and restorative work. I just have to say I am sorely disappointed about being dismissed from Burke Family Dentistry. I’ve only missed two appointments yesterday being my second missed appointment since last year. I am on medicaid. I can only assume your strict policy with medicaid patients is because they only pay a certain amount from your regular price setting. I also understand that a missed appointments can cost a lot to your private practice. I appreciate you taking care of my teeth for all these years. Unfortunately I was extremely sick yesterday with a migraine and diarrhea. Was I supposed to come in under these conditions? I offered a Doctors note. Also the tooth that needed to be looked at was a tooth that was repaired by you twice, this would have been my third appointment to fix the same tooth. I understand your policy but under these circumstances I shouldn’t have been dismissed or you could’ve fixed the tooth properly and then dismissed me as your patient. I still appreciate what you do for medicaid patients while there aren’t many dentist that will accept this insurance.Thank you and best of luck to you and your staff.
