Needed a crown replacement, few chipped teeth repaired and cleaning. managed to get it all done in one visit. Entire staff was informative about the various procedures and made sure I understood the costs which were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasant experience as usual. The receptionist was very pleasant, courteous and professional. My Dental Hygienist, Morgan is wonderful. She is pleasant, courteous and very helpful. I ask first her. The whole experience was a pleasure. Additionally, Dr. K was pleasant and friendly.

Well let me begin by saying this is a very professional dentistry operation! This gives you confidence in them (Burns Family Dentistry) . Id like to then say from the receptionist to the hygienist to the finance person to the doctor very very very kind and knowledgeable! And not to mention very clean facility. I have finally found a dentist in Fredericksburg VA . Thank you Dr. Burns!

Very nice place/environment. Really loved the technology which looked pretty state of the art. The staff and assistants were very welcoming and friendly, setting you at ease. Exceptionally competent staff, assistants, and doctors.

Went to Burns family dentistry after an accident that left my front tooth pushed in. They did there best to keep me comfortable until I need a root canal. I had no insurance and it wasn’t a massive bill at the end like I was worried about. Nice staff and high quality service.
