Fantastic experience! The office staff was so kind and helpful! I called with an emergency and they fit me in as soon as they could! I walked in 2 days later and was greeted in a friendly manner. Office is spacious, comfortable, clean and full of natural light. The technician who initially took care of me was kind and knowledgeable! The doctor reviewed my X-rays and made me feel relaxed immediately. He checked my teeth and informed me that the worrisome tooth was in good shape and all was well. He even made note that all of my fillings looked great and did not need to be changed out as another dentist had advised. I highly recommend this office! I only wish I lived here full time so I could use this office on a regular basis! Thank you to Doctor Michel and your staff for seeing me so quickly and easing my mind!

I had an outstanding experience at By the Sea Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. A special shout-out to Bethany at the front desk. Her customer service is truly exceptional. She is friendly, welcoming, organized, and goes above and beyond to make every patient feel comfortable and valued. Whether answering questions, helping with scheduling, or simply greeting patients with a smile, Bethany makes the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about By the Sea Dentistry in Somers Point. I needed an emergency appointment, and Dr. Chris Michelle was kind enough to see me on very short notice. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Michelle was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He took the time to address my concerns and made me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. His staff was equally outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. The office was immaculate and spotless, which immediately put me at ease. It is clear that they take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and professional environment for their patients. I am so grateful that Dr. Michelle was willing to help me when I needed it most. The level of care I received was exceptional, and my experience could not have been better. Great practice, friendly staff! I've been a patient here for many years and am always very happy about the customer service and care that Dr. Christoph and his staff provide. Christa did a great job with my cleaning!

This was my first visit to By the Sea dentistry. I found the staff to be efficient, courteous and caring. Dr Michele was very nice, explained everything about what he was doing and he recommended an excellent periodontist
