This was my 1st appointment with Cabot Family Dentistry. The staff was amazing! They explained everything before starting so that i could be as comfortable as possible. My appointment was originally several weeks out. They called with a much earlier opening that worked for my schedule. Im looking forward to continuing my oral hygienic journey with them.

They were fine, at first. (5 star, even!) but then I had an appointment where they were going to redo a crown of mine. They wanted $150 up front for this, and I paid. On the morning of the appointment, I was having health problems. (You do not want details!) I wasn't able to get to the phone when they tried calling me. I was already 30 minutes late when I called them back, and told them I could be there in 15 minutes. They told me that was too late. Then, they told me they were keeping all of the $150. I told them that seemed excessive to me, and they pointed out I had signed on the deposit when I made the appointment.
That seemed overly greedy. If they need my money that bad, I think I will find another dentist.

As a former private practice dental hygienist myself, I am very particular on the dental practice I choose for my family. I can confidently share that the experiences have been top notch. Tommie Is an amazing hygienist with years of knowledge.
Dr J takes the time to listen and gives honest feedback. Though to also mention, from when you walk in and are greeted by upbeat smiles to then team members who remember you and go out of their way to say hello (Jaime, Patience, and Brianna) this team is the best.

If you have anxiety regarding dental work i recommend this location. The dental hygienist I saw was very understanding, explained everything in detail with no judgement, offered additional options and services based on individual circumstances, and the business has optional payment plans to assist with expensive dental work if needed. Many reasons to make this your go-to dental practice.

About Cabot Family Dentistry
Cabot Family Dentistry is a family dental practice at 3284 Highway 367 South in Cabot, Arkansas, where Dr. Alex Sharp, a Cabot native, has practiced since returning to his hometown in 2018. The office offers dental implants alongside dentures and partials, crowns and bridges, extractions, root canals, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and preventive care, so an implant case can be planned and restored in one place. The practice website describes single tooth implants, multi tooth implant bridges, snap-in implant dentures, and All-on-4 teeth in a day, and says every implant case starts with an examination and x-rays of the teeth and jawbone to confirm the bone can support an implant.
The office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to noon, with same-day, early morning, and lunchtime appointments so patients do not have to miss work or school. The practice says it is in network with a wide range of insurance plans, offers flexible financing options, and runs an in-house membership plan that includes 15 percent savings on implants and implant restorations for members. To arrange a dental implant exam, patients can book online through the practice website or call (501) 843-5808.
