I highly recommend Cadena Dentistry. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable and compassionate. They make you feel comfortable from the time you walk in the front door. Dr. Cadena is very concerned about patient comfort and making sure you are very comfortable during procedures. The office is decorated beautifully and is very relaxing. 馃挴 Recommend

Amaaazing experience. I was taken in quickly to evaluate a tooth that had been giving me issues. The doctor was very kind and educated me on every aspect of my options. The treatment plan is already in place. I couldn鈥檛 be any more happier with the services I was provided.

I was hurting alot from a tooth. I walked in telling them that I was in alot of pain. Very professional took my information and scheduled me in for the next day. They were already booked up for the day. This was in the morning. I called at 115pm to ask if they could give me some thing for this pain 馃槩. The receptionist mentioned she had talk to Dr Cadena about my pain. He said to go ahead and come in. They saw me right away and found out what was happening to my tooth. It was infected and he had to deal with the infection first before any other work could be done. Very professional and easy , explaining what had to be done and the staff is very good. The best dental care I've ever been to. Thank you Dr Cadena

Dr. Cadena is a native of Del Rio who returned to practice in his hometown in 1988. He graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1981 and earned his dental degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 1985. He completed a preceptorship in Dental Implantology at the University of Texas at San Antonio Dental Branch in 2014, earned Fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantology that same year, and is an active member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the San Antonio District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry, and serves on the consulting staff at Val Verde Regional Medical Center. Dr. Vargas was born and raised in Del Rio and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University in 2006 before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry in 2011. She has practiced alongside her uncle, Dr. Cadena, since June 2011, enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a particular interest in root canal treatment, and is a member of the American Dental Association and the North Texas Hispanic Dental Association.
