Staff is nice, knowledgable, very easy going down to earth good people! Doctor Son explains pro and cons of materials and has the state of art tools ( toys for dental office). I had a great fun first appt! Looking forward for my next! It takes wild horses to drag me into a dental office! This one breaks the bad mold so glad I called them!

Thanks so much for California smiles pleasant hill. I was suffering for the last 5 days as I had a n old cap that basically broke off with part of my tooth. And I started swelling after a couple days and ended up with a major infection. Because of the holiday and the weekend. I wasn't able to get in until today. They were very friendly at the front desk. I was able to get in within an hour and a half of arriving. The staff at the front were very and understanding of the paun I was feeling. They brought me back into one of the rooms on time. Then explained the process of what was possible and wasn't possible because the tooth had been broken too far into the gums and my cap couldn't be put back on reattached.. So it was agreed upon that the tooth would be pulled, and we are planning on putting in an implant. This tooth had been quite sensitive to hot and cold and sugar for a little over a year, so I actually knew I would probably be about ready for a root canal If not getting an implant anyway. The doctor was able to pull my tooth very quickly and painlessly, which i'm stoked about. Set me up for a prescription for antibiotic and pain Medication of which I did need once the novacaine started to wear off. It is kicking in right now. So no pain now and i'm looking forward to seeing them as soon as possible in order to have this extracted tooth replaced with an implant. I'm really happy with the professional service and definitely recommend them. Sincerely, Arthur

I love them! But I wish they can be a bit better with time. I always wait for at least 15-30 minutes. Today I waited 45 minutes which made me late to pretty much everything. :(

This Dentist Office is the best!. All the staff are courteous and professional. They communicate well - in person, and when I reach out to them over the phone or email. Dr. Son Pham is very skilled and provides excellent dental care for me and my family.

My first time visit. I was in pain and Wayne responded quickly to get me a last minute appointment. Everyone was pleasant, efficient and very competent. I will need to return for an extraction and will be able to comment more on the actual dentistry other than X-rays and inspections afterwards. So far I am very satisfied and impressed! I had my extraction today and again I am very happy with my treatment and the excellent staff that worked me. While the Novocain or whatever numbing agent they used has worn off now and my whole left side of my mouth is throbbing, I feel they did a great job, pain was minimal, especially after the second shot(nonexistent) and I plan on all my dental treatment will be at California Smile in the future. I like them!
