I got 4 wisdom teeth extracted today by Dr. Pace and his team, with deep sedation option. Two teeth were impacted, with one is very close to my nerve. I am also 35 years old so was very nervous and concerned about the risks involved and the recovery.
I called this office and was able to schedule my surgery in 2 days.
Dr. Pace was amazing to work with. He extracted all 4 wisdom teeth successfully without any complication. He also took his time and care to make sure no nerve damage. He explained the process, risks involved very clearly to me at my consultation before my surgery day. I got very nervous the day before the surgery, called the office and his staff called me back to address any concern I had. The surgery went smoothly and I have very little pain and swelling. I was treated with kindness, care and respect through the whole process.
I also wanted recommend the front desk staff. They were kind and patient when communicating with me regarding my insurance coverage, costs and scheduling. They were the nicest people I talked to at any dental office.
Overall, I strongly recommend Dr. Pace and his team.

Great experience with my daughter. Staff is friendly and warm, office is clean and modern and Dr. Pace went above and beyond by calling that evening to follow up. They even gave us a goody bag of prizes and a quart of ice cream to go home with!

We are still waiting for a response from the Cambridge office manager regarding questionable charges. It has been 4 months. During that time we emailed, called and even stopped by the office. They continued to send us monthly billing statement with the charges.
Their issue is non-transparency. They charged you after the fact by not communicating upfront. We only found out what they did to our teenage son when we received the billing statement in the mail weeks later. No one mentioned what needs to be done leading up to the appointment. This continued silence from their end speaks volume about the practice.

I had a great experience having a tooth extracted from Cambride Oral & Facial Surgery Center. From check in to checking out the whole staff was excellent. Lucas kept me calm and was very personable as well as the Dr. , the procedure was quick, painless and a great recovery

Defiantly recommend! I got my wisdom teeth removed just this week and the whole experience was flawless. The team provided great communication through out the whole process.
Dr Pace was amazing and very easy to work with. He even gave a call on his personal line to check in post operation.
Thank you for making this process easy and great work on the procedure. I feel little to no pain!
