I was very apprehensive when I first walked in. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was so welcoming and cheerful. Dr. Madlock's PA greeted me and proceeded to direct me to the various rooms for examinations. She was thorough in her explanations and very responsive to my questions. I was then introduced to the financial officer who clearly outlined the billing process. Dr. Madlock then came in to speak with me to tell me his diagnosis and plan of action. He was very positive about my situation and inspired my trust and confidence. My visit with Dr. Madlock and his staff reassured me that I had chosen this path of action well. My surgery is this coming week and I have no anxiety or stress whatsoever. I'm looking forward to experiencing the success of this journey.

Dr Paul Madlock created a very comfortable and relaxing experience with his expertise. My surgery went very smooth, no pain, no discomfort. He took the time to listen and thoroughly addressed my concern's and he really gives you the feeling that he cares about your well being as a patient.
Thank you Dr Madlock, Kari, Brandy, Amy, and Laurie! I would definitely recommend this DR to anybody needing oral surgery or teeth implants, he is really transparent and I’m just very blessed and thankful for his professionalism.

Dr. Madlock and staff gave me a great experience with a couple extractions and implant placements. He combines expertise with modern techniques which made for a great, professional experience. He is very personable and kind - along with everyone in the office. Dr. Madlock as well as staff treat you like family throughout your entire treatment. They went out of their way to make sure I understood everything that was going on and that I was comfortable throughout each visit. I highly recommend!

The staff at Canyon Point are very kind and gentle. We are working with Dr. Amy Shearer and she has been so wonderful in talking us through all the procedures. My son got an expander and is going to get braces next. The team answers our questions and generally takes great care of us during visits!! Highly recommended.

Canyon Point was an outstanding experience. Kari was very patient working through billing& appointments. Brandy was incredible in her care & explaining everything to make me very comfortable. Taylor was a ray of sunshine as she greeted, cared for my comfort & went through paperwork. Dr Madlock went the extra mile during & after the procedure. I would recommend CP with a 10+++.
