Excellent service. Everyone is so friendly and quick service. I was seen at my appointment time. Stephanie was awesome. She left an everlasting impression on me. I said something negative about myself. And she turned that into a positive for me. Made me feel so much better about a decision I made and made a difference in my day. She simple said I deserve my day off (inside joke). lol.

I’ve been a dental patient my entire life and recently had an experience at this office that did not match the level of care I’ve previously received. During my cleaning, the hygienist , Skya, was very quiet, gave short responses, and made no effort to engage in a friendly or reassuring manner. At one point, my hair was by the suction device, when she lifted the suction my hair was pulled with it, which caused pain. It was unintentionally pulled. When I brought it to her attention, there was visible annoyance , deep sighing ,and no acknowledgment or apology, which made it an uncomfortable experience. I did want to note that when I contacted the office afterward, the office manager was accommodating, professional, and took my concerns seriously, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, due to the overall experience, my husband and I have decided to switch providers. I’m sharing this feedback so the practice is aware and can ensure a more attentive and professional patient experience moving forward.

Was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning! My own dentist I had to wait 10 days! No more former dentist. I am now changing to thud wonderful facility. The dentist, staff and hygienist couldn’t have been nicer or helpful.
