Normally most people always dread going to the dentist. Well if you have to get cleanings at a periodontist, Roseville Capitol Group is the place to go. First off, I have never had to sit and wait for my appointment. Second, if you're fortunate enough to be scheduled with Terrance, you're in the right place. He is very thorough and knowledgeable as a hygienist. As odd as it is, I always look forward to my cleanings with Terrance, because we always share some family stories and good laughter, which will set your mind at ease for your appointment. The world would be a better place with more people like Terrance in it! He is definitely an asset to the company.

It was a blessing to be introduced to such wonderful staff.
I wasn’t happy with the work that I have to have done however, I do understand. I truly appreciate the doctors being honest with me about the procedures that’s required for my dental care needs. I’m looking forward to working with the staff, however I’m not looking forward to any of the dental procedures that needs to be done. It appears to be a great team and I’m happy to become a part of this Dental group family.

BEWARE: The front office & billing staff is passive aggressive and impatient (screenshots for reference).
I was referred for a gum graft and paid $1.4k out of pocket on the day of surgery. A billing staff member who identified herself as Erin told me that my primary insurance (Delta) had overpaid and the insurance company typically refunds the credit to the patient. When I contacted my primary insurance, they told me this does not happen. I was then told by the same billing staff member that the office - not the insurance - would be issuing the refund, contradicting what I had previously been told. During this process, I received a voicemail from them instructing me to stop contacting my insurance and let the office “handle it” as that would be “in my best interest”?? When I asked for an invoice or itemized statement to understand the charges and credit on my account, I was told that invoices are not provided.
And to top it off, I have to get 2/4 teeth revised (without IV anesthetic which the office will not cover) because half the gum graft was unsuccessful.

They are fantastic! I just had a procedure done at the Roseville location and they made the experience so seamless and comfortable. From their professionalism to the attentiveness. They took extra steps to ease the anxiousness by being so accommodating. I highly recommend them and specifically Dr Nidhi!
