I had 4 teeth pulled and it was relatively painless and fast!!!!! The numbing shots were worse than the pulling!! I was talked through the whole procedure. All staff was wonderful!! Post care instruction was fantastic!! It was a great overall experience that I was dreading. Turned out to not be that bad!!!! Thank you!!!!

Great experience. My son (15 ) had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The whole team was attentive, professional and explained what would happen at each step. In recovery I felt faint seeing my son and getting him to come out of anesthesia. The nurses quickly helped me and attended to us both. Great after care instructions and follow up.

The staff was absolutely excellent from the moment I walked in until I left. They were very professional, caring and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I wasn't impressed with the doctor when I first met him. I felt he was very put out and sarcastic when I asked him why I needed the surgery and if it was really necessary. I felt he wasn't patient in his answer. Once I said I would go ahead with the procedure, his attitude changed for the better. The actual procedure happened so quickly and because of that, I was surprised of how much it cost. When the individual came in to discuss payment, she explained how I could pay and even said I could receive a discount if I paid in cash. Why? How would anyone be able to pay in cash, when we have no clue ahead of time how much the procedure even costs? When I go ready to leave, I felt a little dizzy and the staff was very concerned and thoughtful about my well being. They were WONDERFUL.

They made me relaxed and explained everything that was going on. The surgeons are still dentists and the stigma about them is still probably true here too but not as bad. The dental assistants, idk if they're called that, are outstanding and the stars of the place. The receptionists are amazing as well and super friendly. I just hated what they had to do to me lol

Great nurses and admission help from all for my handicapped sister! Made it go much smoother! Made it easier for her indeed. One concern involving operations and payment though... Am wondering why the in room aggressive business rule and $ collecting the fee. Was unnecessary and almost like profiling or extremely intrusive (in surgery room demanding a payment) demanding and riderude to me, my handicapped mother and general lack of concern for the patient and room attendants. This practice and "customer service" and data profiling and billing practice needs heavily scrutinized as well as sysyems and integrated data store/use of patients and family and staff. I understand it so normalizing this operation and rule/billing rule is extremely offensive and unnecessary. Makes me wonder why it occurred and what apps/systems are integrated without patience knowledge. I understand small business (had some) systems, billing and the back end of systems and process models so hit a nerve and risky. Doctor was great but the CRM, systems and process/operation side needs examined. (Financial profiling calling it billing and business intelligence and collections) very poorly implemented. Cheers to 2026!!
