I’ve had a mixed experience with this dental office. The dentist and hygienists themselves are fine—they do an okay job during appointments and I have no major concerns about the care provided. However, the administrative side of this office has been extremely frustrating. The front desk staff are not particularly friendly or helpful, which already sets a negative tone. The biggest issue, though, is their billing and invoicing system. On two separate occasions, they failed to send us our invoices. Instead, the accounts were sent directly to collections without us ever receiving a bill. Each time we’ve visited the office, we’ve made a point to ask if we had any outstanding balance, and we were consistently told that our accounts were at zero for the entire family—which turned out to be incorrect. Most recently, my husband went in specifically to confirm everything was paid off. He settled the balance the office gave him and was assured that all accounts were closed and up to date. Yet today, we received another message from a collections agency about a June balance. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. We are more than willing to pay what we owe, but it’s very difficult to do so when we’re not being properly informed and are repeatedly given inaccurate information. Having to deal with both the office and a collections agency due to their internal errors is stressful and time‑consuming- et alone EXPENSIVE. Until they significantly improve their billing accuracy and communication, I would be cautious about continuing care here.

I’m very frustrated with my experience at this dental office. The full cost of the visit was never clearly disclosed to me ahead of time because the office did not properly consult or verify my insurance before the appointment. As a result, I was left with unexpected charges that I was not informed about beforehand, and I was threatened with collections after asking about the details of the bill. What makes this especially disappointing is that verifying insurance and explaining expected costs should be a basic part of patient care. I relied on the office to check benefits and provide transparency about what will and won’t be covered. Clear communication about insurance and pricing is essential, and unfortunately, that did not happen here. I would strongly encourage others to ask for detailed cost estimates in writing before receiving treatment.

I had a BAD experience with CAPSTONE DENTAL. Lack of communication, not explaining what was going on. NO HELP! PAID OUT MY POCKET and still have to get what I paid for done again. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Will NEVER refer ANYONE. I called several times to the office, NO ONE returned my CALL. I will NEVER go back . A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! GOD LOVES the TRUTH!

Unfortunately, my experience with this dental office was extremely disappointing not because of the dentist, but due to the front desk staff. The receptionist/insurance specialist I interacted with was very rude, uncooperative, and dismissive. I asked simple questions regarding my insurance and was met with attitude instead of assistance. Customer service is just as important as clinical care, and this experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of how I was treated, I will not be returning to this office nor recommending it to others.

Called around 2:30 with emergency pain. They got me right in at 3:30. I don't live in the area, I am actually from Texas and drive a semi. Had a problem with my card but they still did the work and work a deal with me so wouldn't be on road in pain. Everyone there is super nice. Will be back for more work needed. Highly recommend.
