I had to have a procedure done today and was referred by my dentist to Care Point. The dental assistants were extremely empathetic and very sweet. They displayed the utmost professionalism. The Dentist was beyond compassionate and went out of his way to make me feel at ease, knowing I was very anxious about this procedure. The office staff was friendly, informative and explained all billing and future care in detail. I highly recommend these folks. I was treated very very well.

They deserve 10 stars! Excellent staff, professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Haybarger had the most updated and efficient equipment available. His friendly nature made the experience easy. He’s knowledgeable as well as gentle. The procedure was flawless and quick His assistant had a calming demeanor and was extremely knowledgeable! They make an excellent team You will not be disappointed!

A few days ago, I made the mistake of biting into a half-frozen Reese’s cup and injured a tooth. An infection quickly followed, and my need for a root canal became urgent. The team at Care Point Endodontics was truly compassionate. From my initial phone call to the procedure itself, I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my well-being. I’ll be honest—I’m not someone who enjoys sitting in a dental chair. That first numbing shot is usually the worst part for me, and it often feels like a 16-penny nail being driven into my head. Normally I take something for anxiety, but since I was a new patient, I had to go in without it and just tough it out. Surprisingly, the experience went very well—and a big part of that was the dentist. He took his time administering the Novocaine, which made a noticeable difference. It wasn’t pain-free, but it was far more manageable than I expected. Because of the infection, they weren’t able to complete the root canal that day. Instead, they carefully drained the infection and placed medication in the tooth to allow it to heal before I return in about a month to finish the procedure. What really amazed me was how quickly the pain subsided. By the time I was halfway through my 30-mile drive home, most of the pain was already gone—and soon after, it was completely gone. They had given me a couple of Tylenol before I left, but I was still impressed by how much relief I felt so quickly. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I’m grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the entire team.

I recently had an appointment at Carepoint Endodontics, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was professional, calming, and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were efficient and friendly, which made the check-in process seamless. Dr. Haybarger took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answering all of my questions, and putting my mind at ease. It is clear that they prioritize patient comfort and use the latest technology to ensure the best possible outcomes. The procedure itself was surprisingly painless and much faster than I anticipated. The level of care provided by the entire clinical team was truly impressive. If you are looking for top-tier endodontic care with a personal touch, this is the place to go!

The staff at CarePoint Endodontics go above and beyond from start to finish. Dr. Haybarger and Dr. Drew are truly the root canal experts. My experience was absolutely seamless. If you’re in need of root canal treatment look no further because CarePoint has got you covered! The music and heated chair was such a nice bonus as well!
