Amazing experience with Dr. Breese and his staff! My husband and I both had implants done and we felt very well taken care of by both Dr. Breeze and his entire staff. He is very skilled, patient, and kind. He put us at ease almost immediately and there was very little pain associated with the procedure. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone wanting exemplary, compassionate care.

Fantastic service. Dr. Breese and his staff are super professional and make you feel right at home; always greeting you with a smile and making sure you’re comfortable the whole time you’re in their presence. They take an anxiety inducing situation and turn it into a pleasant experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Breese to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Breese is great! Him and his team took care of me when I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled out. I’m a naturally anxious person, while I was having my procedure I almost panicked but he gave me time and breaks to recover until I felt better. He talked me through the whole thing and made sure I was ok. He played The Weeknd for me so I was happy. He explained the preparation for the procedure and everything for the healing process afterword. He made sure I understood what was happening and felt comfortable, I appreciate that a lot. He also answered all my questions and concerns. My brother was also a patient of his and Dr Breese took great care of him! It’s expensive but worth it! I feel like Dr Breese and his team really care about their patients. :)

About Carlsbad Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Carlsbad Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is an oral surgery practice located at 1289 Carlsbad Village Drive in Carlsbad, California, and it also serves patients from nearby Oceanside, Vista, Encinitas, San Marcos, Solana Beach, and Fallbrook. The practice describes itself as focused on oral surgery and dental implants, with care ranging from wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. Dental implant treatment covers the full range, from replacing a single missing tooth to options for patients missing all of their upper or lower teeth, including implant supported overdentures and what the practice calls Teeth-in-a-Day implants for patients who meet specific criteria.

Because many implant patients need to rebuild jawbone first, the practice performs both simple and advanced bone grafting, including ridge augmentation, sinus lifts, and socket preservation, and it states that it uses L-PRF, a product made from the patient's own blood, to support healing. Other services listed on the website include tooth extractions, exposure of impacted canines, oral pathology, jaw surgery, treatment of facial trauma and dental injuries, sleep apnea care, 3D imaging, and anesthesia. The practice notes that its team is trained in assisting with intravenous sedation and anesthesia in the office, and that opioid free recovery options are offered for surgical procedures. Dental implant placement is described as a team effort between the oral surgeon, who performs the implant surgery, and the patient's restorative dentist.

He later served two years aboard the USS Carl Vinson as its only oral surgeon, where he was the first person to place dental implants aboard the aircraft carrier, and then served as Department Head of the Oral Surgery clinic at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. His services include wisdom teeth removal, extractions, dental implant placement, bone grafting, trauma, pathology, orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, and exposure of impacted teeth for orthodontics. As an oral surgeon he is trained in general anesthesia and provides sedation for surgical procedures. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the California Dental Society of Anesthesiology, Oral and Facial Surgeons of California, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Diego Dental Society.
