I had a great experience here at Carolina Center for Dental Implants! Dr. Mcdonough Was Wonderful! He explained to me so I would understand what was going on with my teeth. He corrected my problem and I didn't feel any pain! A Huge shout out to his Wonderful Staff! The Ladies were so polite and friendly and very professional! I would highly recommend Dr. Mcdonough!

It appears this business is only concerned with surgery options. Lack of communication resulted in me going a year without having my teeth cleaned. After I had to cancel a cleaning appointment due to extreme weather conditions in August, I wasn't rescheduled until December. This would have been well after my surgery in September. Per the periodontist he wanted my teeth cleaned before my surgery- the appointment scheduler didn't take this into account when rescheduling. This business relies heavily on calling people in to fill cancellations. For most busy people this is extremely difficult- especially when this business is an hour away. In addition to this, when I told the office manager that I was no longer going to be a patient here she said "Good, that's great". Not very professional!

I was truly impressed with the care I received! My treatment plan was thorough and well coordinated. Staff always very friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcomed during each visit. Excellent example of compassionate patient centered care!! Many thanks to Dr. McDonough and staff!

This entire team is exceptional. They are highly skilled, efficient and professional. And they were really good at making me feel comfortable and easing my anxiety (and I had plenty of it!) , Dr. McDonough is an excellent clinician and gifted surgeon. I have complete faith in this practice.

Always expert, professional, and caring from the front desk to way in the back- the root cause is Dr. Thomas whose reputation extends miles beyond his office, and whose reputation is well founded. Over all the years, only problem has been that he and his staff were not located in my home town and as I have aged, it is a real difficulty to travel much. New staff have also followed with similar expertise and kindness. He will remain in my heart fondly, with great gratitude. I know I can go back if the need arises- will have to get someone to drive though.
